  The problem was because I was using a NLS_LANG that contains a space in the value and it is surrounded by quotes like NLS_LANG ='NLS_LANG ARABIC_SAUDI ARABIA. AR8MSWIN1256', which worked very well with reports.

  So I put NLS_LANG to the two forms and reports ARABIC_EGYPT reports.sh default.env. AR8MSWIN1256 OR ARABIC_AMERICA. AR8MSWIN1256

  This sounds like it could also be a permissions problem. I'm guessing that when you copy-n-Paste the form on the LINUX Server, you did what Windows Explorer. When they are copied to the server LINUX file will be created with the default privileges defined on the file. I recommend that you connect to the LINUX Server and check the permissions on the file. If your file permissions do not match the permissions of the text.fmb (or other files .fmb you have there) I suggest that you change the permissions so that they match.

  I'm unable to compile one of the examples of project in AI CS4 SDK for Windows using MS Visual Studio 2008. I have Windows XP Home installed on a partition Windows on a MacBook Pro. I tried to "build solution" and "build < project >" but without success. It creates the build log (attached) and a TwirlFilter.aip.embed.manifest file, and then quickly fails with the error:

  BSCMAKE: error BK1506: cannot open the file '... \output\objects\TwirlFilter\debug\TwirlFilterPlugin.SBR': no such file or directory

  Everything perfectly compiled under Xcode. I had greatly appreciate suggestions on what goes wrong. Thanks - Rick

  Sorry, the (x 86) is something that Windows Add if you are on a 64 bit system and install 32-bit applications. Native applications go in Program Files without the (x 86), but if you use 32-bit windows, you'll see little. So if you see that in a way, I post, you can skip a little and pretend it says only: "Program Files."

  As for your problem, it seems that it is a bug of Visual Studio. I found a Microsoft KB article that seems to sum up your problem:

  It should not matter if you are root or not, in version 11 when you run startMaxl.sh, it creates a temporary script affecting all environment variables and paths, and then runs this script and starts the client maxl.

  I get the Webcam work properly in Fedora 22 core 4.0.6 (Incidentally, kernel 4.11 does not yet exist, so what kernel do you use )
  I suggest therefore that you check the software for the Webcam settings is not simply disabled:

  Make sure the Webcam is turned on.
