  How can I disable the keyboard shortcut that opens Adobe Bridge in Illustrator? Often when I work quickly I've accidentally hit it (option command o) instead of (shift control o) describing the type. It stops everything to open the bridge, that I never use and driving me crazy.   Hello, I have a lot of assets in my project Panel I need to open one at a time inside the source, preferably without having to always go to the mouse any time.

  If shortcuts shift + # are useful in their own right - they are used to focus a particular Panel, at least by their designation by default - they are not what you are looking for in this case.

  It's crazy to me to have constantly to open the tray in PSE 13. I understand that Adobe wants to give me a working space, but it's maddening constantly having to open the tray. If there was at least a keyboard shortcut, it would be better. Is there a way I can ask Adobe?

  I have several programs on my PC that allow me to set up keyboard shortcuts, for example, Screenshot Captor and Calendarscope. After a reinstall of Windows 7 64 bit, I wanted to put in place a couple of shortcuts in Calendarscope (CTRL + E for new events and CTRL + T for new tasks) but as soon as I try to add anything, the default shortcut CTRL + ALT + break. In the Screenshot Captor, I CTRL + Z put in place to capture a part defined by the user to the screen (which still works), but if I try to change this, the default shortcut is just "break", even if I don't have to change anything. The same for any other boxes of options shortcut in the preferences dialog for which I have not yet installed what either. It seems too coincidental that two programs that were previously working well now have started to exhibit this problem and I suspect that other programs on my PC that have this feature will also now be faulty, but I don't know where start diagnose this problem. Could someone advise me please?

  I found it! This is the option in my e-mail notifier flashing stop scroll. I uninstalled because I thought it was the program itself, but on the installation of Pop Peeper, it's the same thing. That's when I remembered that my original email notifier had warned potential problems if the activation of the scroll lock feature.

  When you use Microsoft Word, a very useful shortcut is SHIFT + F3.
  This allows to change the case on a (current) Word or phrase, it encircles between all CAPS - caps first - without a ceiling.

  On the Toshiba L850 1V7 - 2013 using Word from Microsoft (Windows 8), but this does not work, it is rather as if I was pressing the FN key and adjust the light screen...

  This could be a case of bad keyboard mapping? I have Windows 8 and it is perfectly placed on the (Portugal) Portuguese keyboard layout as it should...

  Any ideas?

  This is because the mode of the function (without pressing Fn first) key has been chosen in the BIOS.

  In case you want to use the function FN key first keys, this mode must be disabled

  BIOS-> Advanced-> system configuration-> the mode of the function key

• How to configure the keyboard shortcut to open the calculator of Windows 7?

  Just bought a new computer with Windows 7 and the new keyboard doesn't have a button above to open the calculator.  I find that I really really really miss having this button.  I have a white button on the top of the keypad that seems to do nothing and I wonder if I can program it to open the calculator.  Of course, I sent a technical support of the bridge and haven't heard anything after 4 days.

  You should be able to leave this empty.  Try clicking in the box and back to make sure it is completely empty.

  I set mine to Ctr-Alt-C, and it worked, but when I tried to click on Apply it prompted me administrator rights.

  I just got a new laptop with Windows 7... I noticed that when I type for a reason, keyboard shortcuts begin opening in every sense things when I didn't hit all the shortcuts I know.
