  • For what display size is optimized Labview 2012?

    Hello

I have a top of Tower with a high resolution (1920 x 1080). After that I installed Labview2012, on some of the dialogs, e.g. Tools-> Options (see image) not all text is shown completely.

Also, when I opened VI designed for a lower resolution display I overlap on the labels and controls.

Can someone tell me if this is due only to the display resolution, or also the Labview? And what display size optimized Labview2012?

default size is 5% of your disk space I think.

I see that you asked the same question in another forum: http://www.sevenforums.com/performance-maintenance/354544-what-custom-size-recycle-bin-shall-i-set-298-gb-drive.html#post2954203

and I second the responses you got there.

It depends on how to use it.

  • What screen size are better use?

What size of the screen is the best to use. Looking at the design reagent in Captivate 8, the size of the screen are not much sense. I don't know if I'm misunderstanding or not. The size of the Tablet is 768 x 627, still an iPad 4 is 1024 x 768. The Samsung is also different. It is the same for the size of the phone. Am I missing something? I would like to use my phone in landscape mode.

    Thank you

You can change the breaking points in the delicate design. It is not the actual resolution of devices which is important, but the resolution of the browser. In addition, there are the extra space as for the playback bar (45 pixels).

To check the resolutions, this site may be useful: http://viewportsizes.com/

You'll see that, for most smartphones, the resolution of the browser is much smaller then the actual resolution of the device. I have a HTC One, 1920 x 1080, but the resolution of the browser in Portrait mode has only a width of 360. landscape 640.

There are so many devices around, you can choose those you are aiming for. It's a jungle, sorry. Not to mention the different browsers with each a different support of HTML5.

  • How to change Pavilion DV2000 hard drive? What brand/size of the hard disk works?

I have a Pavilion dv2000 I bought in 2006 (waaay out of warranty).

My current (original) hard drive is completely filled. It is 80 GB. Fujitsu SATA

I tried to upgrade the hard drive me. I bought a Western Digital SATA 250 GB hard drive is cloning kit.
The kit seemed to do what he was supposed to, but when it was time to put the new drive in, I ran into problems.

Do not match the connectors on the ends upwards. Metal "teeth - like ' connector end face on the new hard drive instead of to the bottom." (I couldn't find another way to navigate the hard drive cradle to get the connectors to face down so that they connect with the rest of the computer.

Predictable when I tried to boot up the laptop, it wouldn't read the new hard drive. So I put the old hard drive in and that's what I use now as I type.
The old hard drive did not fit into the cloning kit which makes me think that this hard drive configuration is obsolete and this laptop can not be upgraded at all, which sucks considering how much $$$ I've spent on this equiptment upgrade...

I can't find info on internal hard disk of purchases on the HP website. Anyone know what new hard drive will work in this old laptop?

    Thank you for helping!

I found the answer. It turns out that my computer is so old that about a year after I bought it, HP changed the configuration of HDD on their laptops all line of Pavilion in the future. The HD config in my laptop is now part of a line that was interrupted for more than 2 years. This old line goes only up to into space at 120 GB if you can find an old still sold online. Retailers do not sell them more.

And I can't use the clone HD product that I bought since my hard drive is obsolete and does not.

So I'm pretty much stuck with what I have now. It's not worth the hassle. I'm going to do with this for a year (with an external hard drive), and then get a new machine.

    Please help guys!

  • Got what I size reduced zoom

The "zoom feature works very well to set the page to fit the screen. -How can I set this size has changed to be permanent

Hi, Firefox to remember your zoom setting for each site you visit - there is not a parameter of 'one size fits all ".

If you are referring to the new tab page, specifically, you can stop the reset when you click a new tab by: Type Subject: config in the address bar, press ENTER, accept the warning, scroll to browser.newtab.preload and double-click on it to change the 'value' of true to False.

If your question is resolved by this or another answer, please take a minute to let us know. Thank you.

  • What Image size do need me?

    Hello

I'm trying to find a picture for a packaging design that would be printed on an offset press. The size of the image that would be printed is 12' by 11 ". My understanding is that printing in offset (which I think prints 150 LPI), I would need to 300 PPI, which means that I would need 3600 Pixels by Pixels at least 3300. Am I wrong? Please correct me if I'm wrong. Also if anyone can send me a link to a nice article that explains in detail on this.

Yes, although you could probably get away with 250ppi (3000 x 2750px).

  • What file size does Adobe Encore DVD Menus?

    Hello world

So I always do my first custom DVD menu in photoshop. In another forum I was told: 'create a menu in Photoshop with 1024 x 576 pixels square and then press horizontally at 720 x 576. The pixels of the 720 x 576 exported psd format must be set to D1/DV pal widescreen, for Adobe Encore to interpret it correctly. "When they are imported into the still, it seems very sweet. It is not a menu just a SD of Blue Ray. Can someone give me meat and potatoes to know how to get my first widescreen menu correctly formatted in size to Adobe Encore? Also, if I create a Blue Ray DVD menu that would be suitable for HD and SD? Thanks in advance, you are absolute lifeguards.

    Mike Diaz

HD still marked models are 1920 x 1080 square pixels. There are a few other options. I would correspond to your BD menus for videos that you use for the comic.

See 'size menu' on this page:

  • Expand a bunch of photos of different sizes to fill the height or the width of the screen

I am able to get some images from 720 x 480 to filll quickly a space of 1920 x 1080 by enlarging the scale of one to fill the screen and selecting one bunch of others and paste this one attribute on each of them.

However, if I have a bunch of pictures which are all different sizes is there a quick way to fill either the height or width, depending on the?

Now, if I have 100 pictures of different sizes I individually expansion each to fill the screen.

A second option would be to leave the PrPro to do that with scale by default image size de.the Scaling algorithms have been considerably improved from CS5, so now is as good or better than Photoshop to do this. It isn't always like that.

    Good luck

  • Can't choose one block size, another from 8 KB to 12 c DBCA

DB version: 12.1.0.2.4 (July 2015, power supply)

    OS: Oracle Linux 6.6

I tried to create a database using DBCA. But the drop-down list is disabled, as shown below.6b1.JPG

I tried to click on "All initialization parameters" circled in red above. But I don't get to change the value 8 to another

    6b2.JPG

My network connection has been a little slow. But I don't think that this has nothing to do with this issue.

If you have chosen a database template that includes data files, then the block size will be limited to the size of the block of data that was originally from the model.

  • Block size, so what's the verdict?

I wanted to throw a question out there and see what's coming to us.  Assuming that I do not plan to have more than 200 GB VMDK files, is there any justification to go with a block size that is larger than the default value of 1 MB?

I understand that the performance is the same thing with a 1 MB or a block size of 8MB.  I know that VMware has taken certain measures to mitigate this with subblocks and optimization of thin disk to thicker when the thin disk requires more space (I think that its 128 MB).  What are your thoughts,

There is little reason not to choose the block size of 8MB.
