What are the files of messages in MAIL?

Looking for the equivalent in .pst files in Outlook to the E-MAIL program.  Reinstalled Windows Vista and lost saved messages.

Thank you

Windows Mail is not a PST file equivalent; in other words, a file containing all the data.  Instead, each message is its own file.  See if this helps: http://www.oehelp.com/backup.aspx.  See, also, if it helps: http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/90298-windows-mail-messages.html

    Hello

    Default location:

    Windows - "C:\Users\User_Name\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Common".

    Macintosh - ' ~ / library/ApplicationSupport/Adobe/Common '

Inside this place, you will find 2 files - 1. Media cache and Cache files for multimedia 2.

If these two folders, trash, it will clear all the previous Cache.

You can also do this in Premiere Pro, select Preferences/Media/Clean.

Files such that you listed are known to the Windows operating system files - I advise until you know still don't not to tamper with them.

Folder in which you made to locate these files in?  Is there an extension at the end of the file name?  Example: .dll, .sys, .ini

    What is e717295f-174-46de-ae61?

e717295f-174-46de-ae61 truly is a process belonging to Microsoft Windows Operating System System. It is used by a lot of different software on your computer. Many programs, you are familiar with that run as stand-alone executables, such as e717295f-174-46de-ae61. However, most of the services are executed can operate independently. That of why, e717295f-174-46de-ae61 loads these files and runs himself. This is why you will often find several copies of an e717295f-174-46de-ae61 running on the Windows Task Manager.

  • What are the files in library with "S"?

    Hello

I've been adding PlayBook of targeting my system to build command line, and I came across something I'm curious about.

In the lib files, there are your typical library files like libGLES_CM.a, libGLESv2.a, .so versions and so on. However, there are variations of these files with s in names: libGLES_CMS.a, libGLESv1_CMS.a, libGLESv2S.a, libEGLS.a and so on.

    What is the S?

I suspected that the S might have meant static, but looking at the size of the files, S library files are no more than 1-2 larger k. Otherwise this could mean symbols, but I'm not entirely sold on anyone. I suppose I could run objdump or nm to find there, but hey, I'm here to ask.

    Thank you
    -Mike Kasprzak

Here are the archives containing the (PIC) position-independent code.  They are suitable for static linking in your own libraries shared, which would not be regular .a files because they are not PEAK.

Thus, for a given library, you can have the same code packed three ways for different purposes in

    -libxyz.so - dynamically linked execution

-libxyzS.a - linked statically in a binary PIC as a shared library

-libxyz.a - linked statically in another archive or an executable program

  • What are the files keep system restore points?

I do a cleaning disc, but every time I did that it deletes my system restore points. What file I have to uncheck to prevent delete my system restore points?

    Thank you

    Hello

    Delete files using disk cleanup
    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows/delete-files-using-disk-cleanup#delete-files-using-disk-cleanup=Windows-7

Clean all the files on the computer:

System Restore and shadow copies. With this option, you can remove all but the most recent point on the restore disc.

Use system restore to return your system files to an earlier point in time, restore points. If your computer is running normally, you can save disk space by removing the previous restore points.

In some editions of Windows 7, restore points can include previous versions of files, called the shots and backup images created with Windows complete PC Backup. These files and images will also be deleted. For more information about system restore, refer to what is system restore?

    I hope this helps.

  • What are the files will keep its function?

After having some problems with Windows Update and not being not able update 8.1 or 10, I decided to use the "Refresh" function to reinstall Windows without losing some important data.

Problem is, I don't know what will be wiped.

I know that refreshing will remove all programs that are not metro and that documents and images will be kept, but I don't know how.

It will keep only My Documents, Images and video files? Or it will keep record of any user (AppData, downloads, Favorites, desktop)?

    Hi Luke,.

Thanks for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

If your PC does not perform as in the past, and you don't know why, you can refresh your PC without delete all of your personal files or change your settings.

Applications that you have installed Web sites and DVD is deleted. The applications provided with your PC and applications that you have installed in the Windows store will be resettled. Windows puts a list of apps removed on your desktop after you refresh your PC.

Note: We recommend that you keep a backup of your data just in case a problem occurs when running of refreshment.

Hope this information is useful. Please feel free to answer in the case where you are facing in the future other problems with Windows.

  • What are the files should not be checked into Source code control?

    Good afternoon.

11 of RoboHelp, integrated with Team Foundation Server and Visual Studio 2010 running.

When two colleagues recently "received" the latest files from Source code control project, they also got the elements that have been removed or deleted. For example, I had deleted all the tags of conditional compilation of my project, but their version included always build tags. Finally, thanks in part to an old post from Peter Grainge, we realized that the PSS in Source code control contains a lot of this old information. We have removed the PSS and order check into Source control. Problem solved. No conditional build tags or unwanted Source unique Layouts, etc. (I think the PSS got archived by our release engineer when he was trying to solve another problem. There are two years it has been not been archived.)

I vaguely remember something read somewhere once in checking is not some files in RoboHelp project in source control management. So far, I have not found such information in RoboHelp help or online.

Anyone know where I can find a list of RoboHelp HTML project management files, such as the PSS file, which should never be checked into Source code control?

    Thank you very much.

  • quick and dirty backup? What are the files?

    Hello

I'm looking to export a virtual machine of my SAN to an external target as a backup 'rapid '. I would do this using the browser to store data and export to a local computer.

question: what should I copy should I have to "restore" this virtual machine to the operating state? The hard only, or all that it?

I want to do it via the USB port, but my blade chassis does not provide direct access.

Yes, turning off your virtual machine, copying the vmdk and vmx files and will allow you to 'restore' the virtual machine if necessary.

You can use the browser to store data or tools like FastSCP.

  • PSE 8 - What are the files to back up?

I use a third-party backup service (Carbonite) to back up my data. How can I save to save all the "extra" data that has PSE? For example, all the version information, batteries, key words and that sort of thing. I don't see new files in the folders where are stored the photos.

In addition to the pictures, save your catalog folder. Help > System Info to find its location.

  • What are the files must be included in a backup of the catalog?

Is it enough to save the .lrcat file, or must the .lrdata file and folders setting always come with? The previews.lrdata is sometimes a huge file. A catalog works always with a slightly desynchronized previews.lrdata file?

Yes, the catalog (lrcat) backup is a MUST. Not so important is the Preview file (lrdat) as LR will rebuild it for you if it considers that it lacks. If the size of this file is not commensurate with the size of the catalog file that it is maybe because you manage 1:1 previews. Options for what you can find in the settings of the Catalog under file management. What is a record of settings? Oh and don't forget not to backup the catalog file (lrdat) has nothing to do with the backup of your images - they you will have to do for yourself if you do not already done.

  • What are the files save to the server?

Hello, I am currently evaluate the demo version of RoboHelp and have developed a sample project to WebHelp. My next step is to save the relevant files on one of our servers to see how it behaves, but I can't determine what files I need to save to the server. Can anyone help?

Unless you have purchased the RoboEngine, there no reason to generate Webhelp Pro (exit on server dedicated to track usage, providing the natural language search, etc.). Webhelp is fine.

The first user interface panel is where you set the start page and the default page to generate the output on your local machine. (I recommend that you change the default! SSL! path to a completely outside the HR Program Files directory.)

The fourth user interface panel is where you set the directories of the server where you want to publish this same output. The beauty of the edition, is that HR will publish only the few files that have changed since the previous release, all the production each time (less network traffic).

    Good luck
    Leon
