  Hello, I've read various forum posts and articles on chroma keying, but I'm a bit stuck on the issue of the shadows. I know, it's better to not have everything, but what can get away you with? Below are links to pictures of my game, which is a circular room currently are (bad) painted white and lit by fluorescent 8 sitting evenly around the top of the circular wall. It is basically an installation time slices / bullet-time, with 8 cameras capture the same action of different points of view. I want to paint the entire room with key chroma green to isolate the interpreter, but I'm afraid that pale shadows cast by the interpreter there will be problems. The artist will be wearing a black and white suit.

  Problem according to your pictures. These shadows can easily be zapped wit ha single collar Matt once you have Alpha or for example Keylight Alpha internal options.

  I use a MacBookAir.  I send a photo from Lightroom 5 to 12 items and appears in the photo, BUT when I press "Layers" (bar at the top on the screen), ALL THE CHOICES (for example, "duplicate layer") are 'whited out' and none of them pressing results in NO ACTION.  In other words, I'm IMPOSSIBLE the ELEMENTS of USE IN LAYERS 12.     All have worked (and STILL works) fine to 10 items.  Something fundamentally wrong, but I don't know what!  ANY IDEAS?   There are two possibilities

  (1) you are using a 16-bit/channel image - go to Image-> Mode-> 8 bits/channel

  (2) you are not in Expert mode - click Expert top

  Once you come back with details, more direct assistance can follow.  Don't forget to include the operating system, service pack level, and some basic computer brand & model features, the type of CPU/processor and speed if you know amount of system memory/RAM if you know and the total amount of disk space and free space.

  Assuming that your past post link above, you have Windows XP - here are my suggestions:

  Search for malware:

  Download, install, execute, update and perform analyses complete system with the two following applications:

  • MalwareBytes (FREE)
  • SuperAntiSpyware (FREE)

  Remove anything they find. Reboot when necessary. (You can uninstall one or both when finished.)

  Search online with eSet Online Scanner.  Remove everything it finds.

  Reset.

  The less you have to run all the time, most things you want to run will perform:

  Use Autoruns to understand this all starts when your computer's / when you log in. Look for whatever it is you do not know using Google (or ask here.)   While you can get Adobe Flash on the iMac, you can't be on the iPad. There are some browsers in the App Store that will emulate flash, I think that one of them is atomic, or something like that. Do a search on the App Store and you should find something.
