What happened to the second button "Open new tab" in 4.0?

In firefox 3.x, there is a button next to the last tab, an additional tab navigation. Now, there is only a 'new tab' button. Can I get it back to have both?

You can drag the button bar of tabs in another new tab toolbar and use this code in userChrome.css to make two new visible tab buttons.
Add code to userChrome.css below @namespace.

    What happened to the Playlist button that goes at the top, where it says 'My music' and 'iTunes Store? It was so easy to create a new playlist, and now I can't.     OK, solved the problem.
    Some Ask program was installed that was trying to 'Demand' my home page and I wanted to use "Application" as my search engine. It was not the toolbar, but another program with a long name. Uninstalled that and I got my cursor in the bar of address once again.
