Look in the Podcasts connect. What is your podcast show as 'hidden '? Select it, then select 'display '. This should cause it to appear in the store.

Investigation of updated podcast on iTunes

This is a frequently asked question, but I need a bit of clarification.
I have a podcast called CheapShow and when you search the iTunes store - it lists only the episodes until October 31, 2015... and none of the episode, I've done since then can be searched for - they certainly have not been updated to the episode list, you will find the navigation.
However, if you subscribe to the podcast - you get all recent episodes - but it does not help the people looking for the latest episodes and those who want to subscribe.
I had a load of inquiries from listeners saying they can't find the latest episodes on iTunes and it's hard to give them a reason why - cela effects certainly those which may be discovered for the first time and thought that we did not find anything again for 4 months.
Advice please?

There are 12 episodes, the most recent being October 31, in the store and food. So if you see more episodes, you look at a different PSU, not that the store uses.

If archive org is down, would that mean that my no t podcast will appear on Itunes until archive works again? I have my podcast archive and tumblr and everything worked ok, but I m one is not an expert, I've done the job right after the tutorials. Power ok, my tumblr aspect too.
If the hosting of the food goes down the iTunes Store, which puts the flow cache will not be affected for some time. However, anyone attempting to subscribe is impossible to.
If hosting episodes of service breaks down the stream appears both in the store and when subscribing, but episodes will be but do not play in the store or download for subscribers (if of course the episodes they have already downloaded works OK).

The feed exists but has no tag "enclosure" containing the URLS of your episode media files and watch so empty as in iTunes and the store. You have a player embedded in an iframe in the 'description' tag, but it will do no good in iTunes. The file plays OK in the web page of Tumblr.
With no "enclosure" tag your stream will not work in the store or iTunes regardless of the State of archive.org (which seems to work).

Fuze and Clip back audiobook and takes over the functions of podcast
I would like to see a podcast of resumé and a function of recovery audiobook on the Clip and the "rocket" so that I can play the part of a podcast or audio book, play music, then go back where I was in the podcast or audio book without having to remember what audiobook or podcast file played last , and how to navigate. I also want players to mark podcast and audiobook files as read when they are listened to completely, the capacity of the list only unread audiobook or podcast files and a function on the player to remove all the podcasts or books that have been read.
Apparently, this issue has been addressed on the rocket, Clip and Clip +. I had not read that it was addressed and assumed that it was not. When you play a 'audio book' Park then some music files, then go back to the "book", it highlights the last file read in the book. In the past, I had made my series of podcasts in the audiobook on the Clip and the rocket record, but then ceased to do this. Now, I have a good reason to put them there once again. It's in the notes of the firmware and I missed it, or if it was not documented? In any case, I am pleased that this has been addressed.
I am pleased that Sandisk responds to our requests when they are reasonable. I wish I had known earlier that this question is dealt with.

Restart of Audio books on the fuse.
It is too difficult to restart an audiobook podcast of the fuse section +. If you are on Chapter 20, playing music, and back, will give you the option to resume. I hesitate to say this, but the old fuse was much better. You can play all audio books on the drive a few minutes at a time. When I want to restart an audiobook in the podcasts section after playing on the radio. I make use of the display of the last 10 files. It's the first thing you see when you go back to the section of the book. The first thing I do is press the play button. The unit will start playback of the file where I left. While this file is read, or paused, press the back button. Choose the book that you were playing in the list and scan the mP3 files in the book for files that have a play or mark indicating a break. Select this file. Opt to resume playback when asked. You are finished.
Quick and easy with a little practice.

Feed validators are complaining that this line contains a prefix of "independent". I think it's probably because in the second line, "rss.xlmns" it does not mention "atom", only "itunes" - the URL in this line indicates the feed reader RSS how to interpret the tags for this application. Without link for 'atom', the tag is meaningless to readers, and it is marked as an XML error, which is enough to cause the feed unreadable. There is no need to have this line (Atom is a very old RSS reader which I doubt anyone uses now) and you'd better remove that line altogether, either that or somehow insert the URL of the atom, which seems to be "xmlns:atom ="http://www.w3.org/2005/Atom"" so that the second line would read as follows: "

What is the difference between the audiobook and podcast?
I have been in charge of research and research - can't seem to understand what is the difference between an audiobook and podcast?
They are treated differently on the "rocket"?
At the end of the PC, the difference is probably only in how works the subscription service. Podcasts can get updated automatically and old versions deleting automatically with itunes, mediamonkey, etc... On the "rocket", audibook bookmarking features may work differently, but I have not played with them. the "rocket" can read DRM from audible .aa files but your rocket must be bu Audible 'authorized' (what happens when you connect the "rocket" to your PC and run the Audible Download Manager). I never heard of podcasts with DRM, but that's neither here nor there.

Subscribe to podcasts and I have also manually 'Get' podcasts. When I'm done playing some get automatically deleted even though I have this option checked in the settings. Usually, I put the address of the url in the guid. But now I realize account than some previous episodes the guid address was incorrect. I have read the documentation from Apple, and I understand that the guid can be anything, the only condition is that it must be unique in each episode. But if I go to the rss address and I click on the episode that the link goes to the address of the guid and not the rigid url, I don't know why. Documentation from Apple also said that I should not change the contents of guid:
'Assign the GUID of an episode only once and never change. New GUID to existing episodes may cause problems with the placement of the list and chart of your podcast in the iTunes Store. »

Why the rss link thakes address GUID and how to resolve this?
For a starting off of your "enclosure" tag does not contain a URL works: it must be a complete URL with the http:// and the domain name. What you have is a relative address, which will work on your computer. It is still your "guid" tag As to your getting the URL of guid, I can't tell without being able to test the stream. Ask a question about a food without posting the URL won't make it possible to give precise answers. No URL does not work, so if you see something I don't expect anyone else to.
As say Apple you shouldn't change the guid, however if you have changed the tag to read < isPermaLink guid = "false" > This should be OK, as long as the content is unique not only for you but any other podcast (this is why many use the URL of the media file, which must be unique). iTunes uses the tag 'guid' to check if there is a new episode, so change it will result in the relevant episode resembling a new and probably download again for subscribers.

Latest Podcast episode not updated in iTunes

For the first time our last podcast episode (we are on episode #18) it does not appear in iTunes - not even for subscribers, like me. My flow is updated very well, he retired to a third party validator and I am able to find the episode in Stitcher-and - Google Play, but iTunes does not seem to recognize it.
I clicked manually "Refresh" in iTunes Podcast Connect, but it doesn't seem to help.
The only clue is that last week is the first time, the episode did not show immediately in the iTunes store. Downloaded immediately for subscribers, he did not himself available in the iTunes store for about 24 hours. What I read is not terribly unusual, so we were not concerned. But this week is different without showing for subscribers.
Thanks in advance for your help. I am already receiving messages from listeners, wondering where the hell is the last episode. ACK!

The only other thing I notice is my URL of mirror (that I found in the dashboard Podcast Connect) doesn't seem to be loading. My understanding is that it is the permanent URL of feed iTunes creates I can change my RSS URL feed without disrupting the subscribers. I have not changed my feed URL, but if if subscribers are feeding off the coast of this mirror URL and it does not work, it is the root of the problem? Not that I know how to fix the URL of mirror...
