• File is not correctly displayed when launching

  Hello, I am using Cp6, Windows 7, Flash 11.9 and have a question.  I created a file of cptx for a general tutorial.  I inserted a video (Mp4) that I have careated with Cp6 and published as a Mp4 file.  I inserted via the video > insert video and chose Videof event

  When I publsh cptx file in the tutorial set that is SCORM 1.2 active, I get overall more of the files in the zip folder.  I tried playing this tutorial cloud of SCORM, IE, Chrome and FireFox successfully.  The general tutorial plays as expected and the video plays as expected.

  When I transferred the zipped files published to somone to load into their LMS, everything works fine except when the Mp4 file is played, it starts well, displays the first screen very well and then continues to play all screens after the first screen appear however almost transparent.  And I think that that people LMS load it is the HTML Index_SCORM file.  They said that's the one they download to their LMS.

  I searched throughout the Cp6 a 'framework' that would make this "graduation" beginning on screen 2 effect and see nothing.

  Here is an example of the code sent to the LMS people.  They think it is cool because of this value or the opacity setting.

  

  How is this opacity setting in Captivate 6?  If it's that, any suggestions on how to solve it?  Do you think that is what originally start dimming slide 2 MP4 video?  Yet once, it does not on any other files published for example folder the SWF file and it does not happen when I test the whole zip file published on SCORM cloud.

  If you published package of Captivate SCORM works perfectly well in SCORM cloud then the issue is probably with your LMS Customer or how the people administering have loaded.

  In any SCORM LMS NER I worked with, the file that the CMS wants to look first is NOT the index_SCORM HTML file. This is the imsmanifest.xml file.  This is the file that tells the LMS what are the strengths of the load and how the LMS SCORM player links cot should be put in place.  The user should be launched the SCORM package via the link in the TOC LMS.  My suspicion is that your LMS launches not properly the content and that some of the required JS files are not loaded.

  If you're talking an a/c adapter, then you refer to a laptop?

  If so, then check the manual of your laptop or the homesite of laptops for the manual online and check what keys on your keyboard control / adjust brightness.

  I have an iPhone 5s that I updated the iOS on and have no problem with the battery life. The only time where my battery drops if I leave Bluetooth on. People said that Bluetooth does not use a lot of power, but I can always tell because my battery seems to pass more quickly. So, go figure...

  After installing 10.11.5 one of my two Cinema Display 30 '' continues to go dim.   I can force them to get more light but it always just continues to go to the side Sun its own.

• Tecra 8100: display suddenly will Dim

  during normal operation of the Tecra 8100, suddenly the screen darkens. The display still works, only the backlight is dark. By pressing the small pin, which is turn off the backlight when you close the screen, light reappeares. Sometimes for hours, sometimes for a few minutes, but especially the second. A restart of the computer solves the problem for at least half an hour. What can I do?

• What to do when a support continues to grow for you?

  I own 2 Mac Pro, 2 MacBooks Pro, 2 Iphones, 1 itouch, Ipad 2, 2 ipods - all great.  Yep - I'm bragging a little here

  And a lemon 27 inch imac.  A little over 3 years.

  If it's a little more than three years (is by days? weeks? months?), your AppleCare extended (if you paid for it, before the end of your first year of the AppleCare), without doubt, has completed/expired.

  As such, maybe nobody will tell you you have right is no longer a replacement iMac.

  Why wait you so long (almost until the end of your AppleCare program 3-year warranty) to send a complaint about your problems with your iMac.

  You have three full years to get the issues resolved.

  (There is another user who posted in these forums very recently with similar problems with his iMac (he has a year more AppleCare extended on the left) and we advised him to act now and focus on getting a new replacement iMac.).

  You may be out of time and no luck thereby and will need to repair your iMac on your own dime, now.

  If your extended AppleCare ended only, and less than a week, you might want to call Apple again and talk to someone else (get their name, extension number, if you speak with someone directly from Apple in CA) and explain the problem to them, telling them again how long your iMac was out of warranty and see if the employee will be sympathetic to your problem and cause deliver you is another repair free or the option of a replacement iMac.

  It is not for lack of Apple you had problems with your iMac and have not reported it early enough that you always had plenty of time to coverage of warranty left.

  This may be why they are not contact you or return your calls.

  Try calling Apple, again and talk to someone again and get ALL of their contact information and they issue a file number, write it down.

• Tecra A9 - LCD display very Dim

  Hi all!

  My Tecra A9 age of 4 years has recently developed a problem with the screen. While using it, I heard a zap and the cut screen. He has not worked since. I was able to plug it into an external to continue monitor to use it even if.

  But I found that the screen is not actually dead, its just very dim. If I look closely and shine a torch above, I can see what is on the screen. Which leads to believe me its something to do with the backlight of the LCD screen.

  Also, I checked, and this isn't a problem with the sensor thinks the lid is closed.

  In any case, I would like to know if anyone has an idea on what the problem is specifically? If so, is the kind of problem that I can fix myself or do I need someone from Toshiba to do for me?

  I agree with Akuma. If an external monitor works, it looks like that the FL inverter is faulty. This inverter controls the backlight of the internal display and even it would be defective you can see the picture but very very dark.

  If think the best would contact an authorized service provider. Guys can order a FL original inverter which is compatible and replaces it for you because the screen itself must be dismantled, and that's not easy.

  If your laptop isn't under warranty gift more worry because FL inverter is not so expensive. :)

• Dimming problem - Satellite A660-18

  I have the above system running Windows 7. A problem arose when using the Fn + F6/F7 keys (dimming / brightening). The dimming key now lights up the screen and the intensity knob varies now it. The functions work in reverse. I could live with that, but what is really annoying is that when the screen is left idle, the screen lights up - (normally the computer would be light to save energy, but this computer it cleared up after a period of inactivity.) What would control this function? It's happened before and I don't know how to fixed it himself, but he did. I don't want just that he continue to occur. (reboot does nothing). Thank you

  Have you installed something that can influence this strange behavior?
  Are you using the original operating system preinstalled you got with your laptop?
  Other changes?

  I put t think this will help but try to reinstall Toshiba value added package.

  IF I PLUG A VODAPHONE MOBILE CONNECT THE CARD TO THE PC SLOT CARD THEN BOOT UPWARD, AFTER A FEW SECONDS THE SCREEN DIMS. IF I HAVE A CONNECTED EXTERNAL MONITOR, I CAN VIEW THE BOOT UP ON THIS SCREEN, WHICH NORMALLY TAKES PLACE. I CAN THEN GO AND USE THE MAP OF CONNECTION WITHOUT PROBLEM, BUT THE REMAINS OF DIM LAPTOP SCREEN ALL THE TIME.   I also always com.google.Chrome.framework.plist by the launch officer. I updated chrome and did a delete and reinstall but it keeps not not my computer to freeze, but after installing the large Chrome the garter belt extension I stopped having issues so I ignored the failure launch officer. Should I do something? Are faxdb and chrome somehow related?

  I'm sorry that etrecheck is not be more helpful. Removal and Adware detection turns into a much larger device. Future versions of EtreCheck will be much more powerful.

  For now, you can help a little. EtreCheck prints the full path to this file. You can run the following Terminal command to print the contents of this file?

  Cat /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.sec.faxdb.plist

  If all goes well, which will show this file belongs to which I can classify it better. Thank you!
