  These values should be fine. I don't know why the switch is layer 3 since you have of the 3750 and the ASA5520. If you start to see overflow errors, you should consider using the layer 2 switch.

  You need if you want to go to web pages that use it. If you do not,
  you don't need it.

  When you work on my laptop (Toshiba, old 9 mos), a pop up from Microsoft, saying (the name of the file) Silverlight.Configuration.exe, requires permissions to change my system, I want to turn on or off.  The first time he came, I was under a deadline and a deep in it, so when the pop up appeared, I refused, thinking he would go while I continued to work and it should show up later and I would deal with it then.  NO, he locked screen.  Once I got a cooler head, I had no other choice to re - boot my system.  He has continued on because he wasn't a problem... until a few days later...   If you have installed Windows live essentials, Microsoft Default Manager will be installed in your computer and it will appear in lists of processes in the Task Manager. If you use Firefox to download and install live essentials it will install the module Download Manager Firefox.It should appear in the list of startup programs.

  You can even remove programs and features. To remove it from your computer, follow the link.
