I tried manually and it has not yet. I have a 32-bit system with 4 GB of Ram. The system is a Dell XPS M1530. I had to reformat my hard drive today and these are the only two updates that failed to run.

  First run the preparation tool system update for your version of Windows.

  Start > right click on computer

  Select Properties

  Under system > Type system, you will see the 32 - bit or 64-bit system
