What is the latest version of Firefox that supports del.icio.us module?

I want to upgrade to a newer version of Firefox, but I don't want to lose my del.icio.us bookmarks. What should I do to continue working of del.icio.us ? I am currently using Firefox 3.6.24.

This is the del.icio.us extension supports Firefox, not the other way around.

As Ed shows, the current version supports Firefox 8.0 and then some.

Daniel, stop with the posts automated 'Get Firefox 8 '.

I'm running Windows 8 (xp) and you plan to switch to Firefox. I would like to know what is the latest version of Firefox for my laptop?

Do you mean IE8? Windows 8 was not released.

You can use the latest version, Firefox 5.0.1. Look at the system requirements carefully to be sure that only what is necessary, especially the Pentium 4 processor and enough RAM since many XP systems came with only 256 MB. Right-click on the 'My Computer' icon on your desktop and select properties for the basic information about your system in the 'General tab '.

  • What is the latest version of Firefox which can run unsigned module?

I downloaded the latest version of the installer of Firefox offline and it will not run an add-on unsigned vital. I have an older version of Firefox (42.0) who execute him. What is the latest version of Firefox without verifying signature of the add-on? Thank you.

42 of Firefox is the latest version of Firefox which has been made public. If you run a generation later, it's probably either every night, beta or Dev edition. If you have an add-on unsigned, you run in these editions, you can disable the requirement by setting xpinstall.signatures.required to false in: config.

  • What is the latest version of Firefox, which works with Windows ME?

We recently had a portable older Gateway that we use only as an internet point. Unfortunately, it is currently running Windows ME and I don't even know if it has all the technical features to be upgraded (and certainly not for Vista, which is the only thing that we have an installation disc for). The vehicle currently has Firefox 2.0.0.20, which of course contains many security holes and is not compatible with most of the newer plugins. What is the best version of Firefox that works with Windows ME, and it is still available for download? Thank you!

Sorry, Firefox 2.0.0.20 is the last version made for WinME.

  • I'm always on Adobe Flash 10.3. The latest version of Firefox will support the last Flash?

I have Windows Vista... For a while, whenever I got a new version of Firefox I tried to upgrade Adobe Flash and in any case it crashed so I stopped to do so. I asked this question to you more than once before and rec have never a response. Saved Flash 10.3, have reinstalled, which left and I go kind of happily on my way. Unfortunately, as you know that there are some videos, I can't access with 10.3. So, that being said... Will be the latest version of Adobe Flash work with the latest version of Firefox?

Wow, I can't believe that you have saved this old version of Flash for so long. If Flash player is crushed you probably had to disable hardware acceleration for Flash Player. Try turning off hardware acceleration.

    1. Go to the Adobe Flash Player help page.
    2. Right-click on the Flash Player logo on this page.
    3. Click settings on the shortcut menu. The Adobe Flash Player settings screen opens.
    4. Click the icon in the lower left of the Adobe Flash Player settings window to open the display panel.

    5. Remove the enable hardware accelerationcheck box.
    6. Click close to close the Adobe Flash Player settings window.
    7. Restart Firefox.

This Flash Player help - display settings page contains more information about the Flash Player hardware acceleration, if you are interested.

With regard to the latest version, Yes. The latest version of Flash works fine on the latest version of Firefox (29.0.1)

  • The latest version of Firefox that has been auto-updated from last week is very ' tracking cookie vulnerable "(48 sur ouverture!)."» How should I do?

Without changing the settings, the new version begins on my homepage 'Google' with 48 rejected. After several pages tonight, my Norton anti-virus has taken 64 of them! I unchecked "accept 3rd party cookies" and kept him "do follow" checked. That did not work. The latest version didn't pick up these infections. The version before 2-3 cookies from the opening.

Does anybody know how to fix this?

In the meantime, I'm going back to a better old browser!

    Hello

If accept 3rd party cookies is not checked, then the 48 cookies would probably be the cookies from the site of the sites visited. The mechanism do not follow is from now non-binding on the websites. Sites may or should not honor the header of the TSD.

    DNT updates

You can also consider the function of Reset Firefox via help (Alt + H) > troubleshooting information to check if other than the tabs tabs/start-up active add-ons affect cookies.

(To return to the previous mode, you were using, close the new profile (i.e. Quit Firefox), start Firefox and choose the default user profile.) • What is the latest version of Firefox, 8.0 or 8.0.1?

One of my laptops, as the version of Firefox is shown as 8.0 and it says it's updated. On another laptop, it is shown as 8.0.1 and also says that it is up-to-date. However, on 8.0.1 Personas have stopped working only the Add on English dictionary.

I read in the latest issue of Computer Active magazine that there is a new version of Firefox that is a scam. I didn't click on e-mail links, etc., then I'd be happy to have your assurance that 8.0.1 is authentic.

    http://www.Mozilla.org/en-us/Firefox/8.0.1/releasenotes/

Only Mac users get the update to 8.0 to 8.0.1 patch idle/manual. For Mac users, it's to fix a crash because of Java Java SE 6 version 1.6.0_29.

Windows users do not have to have 8.0.1 unless you are using an old version of Roboform and cannot or will not update to Roboform for 7.62 version or newer. However if Windows users get Firefox hangs at startup then it might be useful to download Firefox 8.0.1 and install it.

The 8.0.1 is about the 8.0 release for Linux users, however if they use version 4.0 to 7.0.1 and check the updates now, and then the 8.0.1 will be served (even with older Windows and Mac using users).

It is easier serve just 8.0.1 to mozilla.com for all users much like they did with 5.0.1 even if was for Mac 10.5 and 10.7 users in mind and was about to version 5.0 for Windows and Linux users.

  • What is the latest version of Firefox? I 15.0.1 and cannot update!

My version of Firefox is 15.0.1 and I can't update, whenever I came to Firefox Button > help > about Firefox
He has this button under the version number that says "Restart to update" so I click on it and just restarts but nothing does update. All that it does restart my browser.

Do a clean reinstall and delete the program folder before Firefox to (re) install a new copy of the current version of Firefox.

Download a new copy of Firefox and save the file to the desktop.

Uninstall your current version of Firefox, if possible, the settings in the software security and cleaning of the Windows registry.

    • Do NOT remove the data personal when you uninstall your current version of Firefox, because all profile files will be deleted and you lose personal data such as bookmarks and passwords from other versions of Firefox profiles.

Delete the program folder Firefox before installing newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer.

    • (32-bit Windows) "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\"
    • (Windows 64 bit) "C:\Program Files (x 86) \Mozilla.

Your bookmarks and other personal data are stored in the Firefox profile folder and will not be affected by a uninstall and (re) install, but make sure that 'delete personal data' is NOT selected when you uninstall Firefox.
