What is the maximum capacity of HDD supported by 64-bit Windows 7 Home Premium?

My mother informed me earlier about his purchase of a 2 TB HARD drive.  I think remember that reading the HARD disk Max Cap 2.5 to Windows 7 can handle natively.  I remember correctly?  I want to just make sure she's not all the problems?

John,

I also have Windows 7 Home Premium x 64.

I regularly use several 2 TB and 3 TB of external drives without any problem and without taking special measures.

[I also regularly use them on my Windows XP Pro SP3 and they are very good on it as well]

So you won't have any problems.
