  But if you're under VM workstation already why would you use WIndows XP MOde, which effectively uses MS Virtual PC to run a virtual XP Machine? Just use VMworkstation to run all your virtual machines. Its a better product.

  It seems that some of your plugins (Shockwave Flash 10.1 r102) might be buggy or obsolete. To check for updates, please visit the plugincheck page. If this does not resolve the problem, try to start Firefox with the disabled modules and see if it helps at all. If so, delete the Shockwave Flash plugin and maybe reinstall or uninstall Firefox and do a new clean install.
