  "EYV" seems to be part of a known Trojan virus.  Messages like the one you usually arise when your antivirus application or any other anti-malware partially removed the malware, but left in place the room calling the main malware.

  You may be able to find that trying to launch eyv.exe when connecting using Autoruns .  There is a lot of information presented in Autoruns; focus on the 'Connection' tab

  I suggest that you scan your computer with these tools free anti-malware:

  MalwareBytes Anti-Malware

  SUPERAntiSpyware

  eSet Online Antivirus Scanner (Read the FAQ)

  And you might consider changing your antivirus application.

  You recently updated Firefox? Which will cause the folder "Old Firefox data" appears on the desktop. The "old firefox data" is basically old data of Firefox, as its name suggests. You don't need, but you can use as a return to the top if you wish, although it is highly unlikely that you need or like it. Check out this thread for more details. This issue is not related to the update of firefox.

  Although at this stage, the dumprep should be done for a long time - you know of course how to use the Task Manager to see the process.  Right click on the process in question and the "end process tree" to ensure that you get from it and everything what he calls.
