What is this screen during startup?

I bought a Mac Pro to anyone. He had top Cougar. I had these problems and then upgraded to El Capitan and still have them. The back USB ports 'freeze' sometimes. This means that the mouse is connected and you can see that light is thus then it becomes 'power' but won't move the mouse and the keyboard type. So, I have to restart hard. Also when wifi is on and I turn it off the computer freezes as well. And once again I have to hard reboot. During startup, I sometimes get this screen. The loading bar stops at halfway. I posted a picture of OSX 10.11.2; 2 x 3 GHz Quad Core Intel Xeon; 16 GB 800 MHz DDR2 FB - DIMM thanks for any help!

A check of the machine as you experienced is usually due to a hardware problem.

  • Satellite P10: clouds white and purple fading across the screen during startup

    I had problems with my laptop PC-10 so I bought a new hard drive (Fujitsu 60 GB instead of 40 GB) standard and have it myself. I was working very well with it for a long time, until suddenly I have had the strangest problem that I've ever seen on a computer...

    Sometimes, when you start the laptop, instead of the screen normal red "TOSHIBA" and the message to start Windows XP, the laptop displays simply little weird white and purple clouds fading across the screen, fading finally on a screen very dark, but not quite black.

    I thought first it was a problem with the DVD player, like when he finally gave and started normally, the DVD drive has been disabled. However, I noticed in the BIOS, under "Advanced" the Infrared Port shows intermittently - it shows with the [Disabled] setting next to him, but will be then disappear from the list, then reappear again and then go again and so on.

    Sometimes my computer will function normally, then completely shut (mouse and all) and will restart with the clouds!

    I looked in the Windows Event Viewer for when the laptop has locked up and have seen anything to do with a problem with IRQS for the Infrared Port. I disabled the infrared port in Device Manager (I managed to activate in the BIOS by loading the standard BIOS settings) and rebooted, but it started upward with the clouds once again, so I have the feeling that the infrared port is the culprit - loose connection may be defective material because it is located close to the DVD player and HD player.

    I was wondering if anyone has seen something like this before on any computer, and if they knew how to solve? It seems completely illogical that a defective IR port could change what is displayed on the screen on startup, unless of course there is something wrong with my HD boot sector?

    Any ideas?

    Thank you.

    Tom

    Hello

    I've never seen like this problem before and I don't think that this issue has something to do with the HARD drive or the IrDA port.
    As much as I know the IrDA port is not available on Satellite P10 - xxx

    For me, this looks like a faulty screen or graphics card.
    Have you tried to connect the external display? If this isn't the case, then try to do and check if it also appears on the external display.

    I recommend also to recover the laptop with Toshiba Recovery CD and then check the functionality.
    But if the malfunction appears so I would recommend contacting the Toshiba ASP for control from laptop

  • Black screen during startup

    I have a HP m9520f I bought a month ago. From time to time, it gives me a black screen when booting. The computer is on, but nothing happens. When I unplug the power cord and plug usually once again, it starts fine the next time. I tried solutions suggested by pressing F8 during startup. But nothing is going on (it started normally without any problem).

    The clues and suggestions are appreciated.

    Could be an intermittent hardware failure, try to open the housing, cleaning (using canned air) all, remove and reinstall the RAM and check the connections are secure. However, first, check the screen. Is the cable correctly connected at both ends, and the power cable is safe? You could test if it's not for lack of a monitor, if you have a keyboard with a sleep button, to set market and that, if the screen goes black, wait at least 10 minutes until it would have normally received at the logon screen. Then, press the sleep button and see if she falls asleep. Also watch the disk activity; If there is a lot that the operating system is probably start normally.

  • Display a splash screen during startup of an application.

    Hello

    I have an application that runs in the background and is set to auto-start on this basis:

    http://www.BlackBerry.com/knowledgecenterpublic/livelink.exe/fetch/2000/348583/800451/800660/How_To _...

    My question is... is it possible to display a splash screen when the application is launched the first time at the start of Blackberry?

    Sorry if this is an easy question, but I did no UI yet on the BB using Java.

    I would just have some tips or examples of code to start.

    Thank you!

    H'm interesting...

    Mark is right, that you have to extend UiApplication.  If you're stuck with having your icon in the list of task switch, and this means that someone can select it.  So you're going to need to have a screen that shows something innocuous.  I guess you may to override the onExposed() method to immediately push the application in the background, but it is not very friendly.  I would say something like an about screen.  This screen have to do anything, except to allow the user to push down (i.e. UiApplication.getUiApplication.requestBackground ()).

    Before you start looking at your other questions, I think that we have to solve this problem.  I think that you need to create a screen associated with your application.  I do this, I have just the requestBackground of the screen as part of the constructor display you only if you click Task switch icon.

    In fact, you might actually use in your start up.  Instead of pushing the dialog box, you could push this screen, then instead of "OK", the user could just ESC on this screen, or you might have a button above, or just made the request in the background.

    "This is my first BB app, so I'm a bit confused about all these things of thread/AC of background".  This isn't the kind of app that I recommend for a first timer.  You did well to get so far!

  • C4H46AV: Error on blue screen during startup

    My laptop HP recently received an updated windows 10. After the update when the laptop went to a reboot it throwed me a blue screen. The link below:

    I restarted the laptop and you press ESC to llogin in the START MENU to the TOP and then you press F9 to go into the OPTIONS of BOOT DEVICE:

    Regardless of what I select, I am unable to pass through the screen below.

    I ran the DIAGNOSTIC Test and everything is good.

    The support of HP can help me solve this problem.

    Thank you

    Sunil

    Finally, the problem solved. That's what I did step by step.

    1. as mentioned by WAWood created a bootable USB key to win 10.

    2 tried to start the laptop via the USB port but without success. Tried several options but could never get the blue screen.

    3. finally tried Ctrl + F11 + F8 and suddenly saw a black screen with a disappeared within 2 seconds, then the laptop started to boot from USB

    4 Laura me opt and selected for reinstalling Win10 but then got the error message when trying to install Win 10 where he solicited the installation location. Was getting the error message: "Windows cannot be installed to this disk. The selected disk is not GPT partition style.

    5. press the buttin back a couple of times and has reached the first screen where it asks if I want to reinstall Win10 or repair.

    6. then pressed Sift + F10 and got a promt back.

    7 entered the following commands:

    DiskPart
    list disk

    clean
    convert a GPT
    output

    8. once the above commands is pressed again the Win10 install tab and finally installed Win 10.

    I would add that I lost all my data but happy that my laptop is in place and now I am free of all the software that came bundled with HP because of the clean command I executed.

    Finally a happy ending.

    Thank you

    I can tell you how to make bootable disks, but you already have a disk.

    He has changed since good means of XP repair install from disk by booting from it.

    I would add that info to disk Bootable repair, just in case your DVD is a factory of one computer.

    http://www.Vistax64.com/tutorials/88236-repair-install-Vista.html

    It's Vista only repair installation option these days.
    It must be switched on!
    Not much use, is it!

    Good luck with it.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Download the ISO on the provided link and do a repair of the disc.
    Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.
    At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.
    When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.
    Above information shows what the process looks like and a manual, it load the repair options.
    NeoSmart containing the content of the Windows Vista DVD 'Recovery Centre', as we refer to him. It cannot be used to install or reinstall Windows Vista, and is just a Windows PE interface to recovering your PC. Technically, we could re-create this installation with downloadable media media freely from Microsoft (namely the Microsoft WAIK, several gigabyte download); but it is pretty darn decent of Microsoft to present Windows users who might not be able to create such a thing on their own.
    Read all the info on the website on how to create and use it.
    ISO Burner: http://www.snapfiles.com/get/active-isoburner.html
    It's a very good Vista Startup Repair disk.
    You can do a system restart tool, system, etc it restore.
    It is NOT a disc of resettlement.
    And the 32-bit is what normally comes on a computer, unless 64-bit.
  • What is blue screen and what to do and how to fix this with out taking back to factory setting and reinstalling Vista
    What is blue screen and what to do and how to fix this with out taking back to factory setting and reinstalling Vista
    When a BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) the system failure occurs, for most users, there not enough time to fully record what he says. the exact text is important for anyone trying to diagnose what is wrong. You can save time when the error occurs then by following the procedure described below.
    If you already did it disable the auto reboot system error. This should help by allowing the time to write the code to Stop error and related information correctly. Select Start, do a right-click on computer select Properties, advanced, system settings startup and recovery, system failure and uncheck the box before automatically restarting. Re-do not enable automatic restart in the event of system failure after obtaining this information, this setting is the best left to not allow an automatic restart.
    If the failure occurs during the initialization of the computer, you need to try a different approach. You can access the Advanced Options Menu of Windows on multiple computers by constantly pressing the F8 (key) key when starting and selecting the option - disable automatic restart in case of system error. This method is not always easy to use because it may be difficult to press the F8 key at the right time. Try again if it doesn't work the first time. On some computers, a different key must be used.
  • Blue screen during the startup or shutdown
    I have windows vista home premium.sometimes during startup or during shutdown, a blue screen appears for a very short time and the restarts.from of the computer, what I have seen during this short period his written dumping physical memory, etc as something is written on my BIOS.do I need to update my BIOS version or is there any other problem? Please answer soon.thanks.
    You can download the contents of the c:\windows\minidump on SkyDrive and provide a link?
    Consider the following general guidelines for dealing with bluescreens.
    Consider running chkdsk on all partitions.  Leave complete chkdsk on each partition and see if that helps.
    Also consider running SFC/scannow.
    If you start in safe mode, do you still feel bugs? What if you do a clean boot, or boot device?
    Consider the memory with memtest86 or Windows Memory Diagnostic test. Note that memory that pass the tests isn't necessarily good memory - he not only failed a review.  Examine systematically to eliminate the system RAM - run with a few modules for awhile and see how things are going. Then try the other modules.
    Other common suggestions include ensuring drivers are up to date, but also to ensure that you use the latest version of the BIOS.
    It may be useful to use the driver verifier.  To activate the... Driver Verifier start-> verifier.exe-> OK-> create standard settings-> next-> driver select the names to a list-> next-> sort by provider-> select all other Microsoft drivers-> finish and OK your way out of the dialog box.
    Then restart and use the system as you normally and wait for a problem.  In case the system does not completely start after activation of the Verifier, boot mode safe and run driver verifier and tell him to remove the changes.
    Wait for a bugcheck occurs after you have enabled the auditor as described, and then download the dump on your SkyDrive and provide a link.
    No previous question. Computer has been turned off, I've been carefully (or not) wipe the keyboard accidentally pressed the power button and goodness knows what that other keys. Computer does its usual power sound, then THIS screen came. I don't know what to do with it.
    Certain system processes are required for the various aspects of the machine - there are a lot of things to allow you to move the mpouse pointer and click on this shortcut and start the process related to it...
