  I recently downloaded 22 this so-called upgrades and installed on a computer with zero (0) errors before downloads.  After the download and installation of my Registry Optimizer program advanced recorded 266 errors as follows.  Active X and com = 16 errors; Types of files = 12 errors; history = 1 error; software = 50 errors. and Deep Scan = 187 errors.  My computer would be difficult to restart and was so slow to respond that I couldn't believe it.  I managed to run the Advanced Registry Optimizer, which exposed the errors and he was able to fix everything, but 3.  Is this a result of sloppy programming or what?   Advanced Registry Optimizer 2010 is itself probably malware, a program of poor quality if not
  an out right scam you to pay while it offers little or no benefits at all.

  The best and safest advise here would be to uninstall registry cleaners or your computer optimizers, because they can damage your system if you are not familiar with the windows registry. If you are facing some problems with your PC, then post a new thread and describe your problem in detail, then someone will be able to help.
  If you want to improve the performance of the PC, and then use disk cleaner and is fragmenting tools built-in to windows. Also, take care to check your drive for errors if your PC is old or you have used a lot.

  Its probably something to do with the ip address of people. Looks like malware.trace also uses or puts NT\CurrentVersion\Network\UID HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE in the registry. Infostealer Trojan also adds this key in the registry
