What is xp Antivirus 2011?  To return to the internet, I was forced to buy it and install it and don't know if it's my computer or jeopardize.

It's a scam.  Contact your credit card company and dispute the charges claiming that the program is a computer infection.

This is what is called usually "fake security software."  See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rogue_security_software basically, it infects your computer and displays erroneous warnings of other infections and then you said to buy something that removes his own erroneous warnings.

Your computer is now infected.  Check out this guide to remove the virus: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-removal/remove-win-7-internet-security-2011

Apologies for the long stretched to follow events first.  As I'm not anyway in computer science I think it is better to describe what may or may not be relevant.

I recently found on my desktop pc (I use my laptop now) a "Windows Security Center" warning appears indicating "XP Antivirus unregistered version 2011" it supposed to be scanned my office and found several critical system objects detected and can violate and operate the system etc etc.  It was obviously malware that he was trying to make me buy a product that I of course don't do not immediately disconnected internet and shut down the pc, because he would not allow my antivirus AVG to get rid of him. The malware also had somehow closed the Windows Firewall.

When I started my office a few hours later I was unable to access anything and 'windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You can not have the appropriate permissions to access the item. "appeared.
Close again the pc down and does not turn back on for several more days.
I was informed by a TI colleague to go to mailwarebytes.org and download on cd so that a report can be run on the desktop computer to check if everything is OK the problem.   I did it using my laptop, but the Conference on Disarmament has been placed in the desktop of the pc did not recognize the cd drive.
I now booted up the pc again and now when I go into the Control Panel, all icons have a "c:\windows\system32\rundl.32exe" message that I entered the Windows Help and nothing!
Also I can not access the internet either IE8 or Chrome that I wonder "do you want to run or save the file?  Run save Cancel', then ' open with: recommended programs IE or Windows Live Mail or other "I tried several selections and even once, nothing happens.
Any help would be grateful that I have as a last resort tried to reinstall Windows XP SP2 discs that were supplied with the pc but, again not recognized.

    Thank you.

It changes its name, but it's the same Malware program

Win 7 Antispyware 2012, 2012 Antivirus Vistaand XP Security 2012 are all names for the same fake anti-spyware. This family of thieves is promoted in two ways. The first is to use antivirus scanners online fake state that your computer is infected and then prompt you to download a file that will install the infection. The other method are pirated web sites that attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in programs that you run on your computer to install the infection without your knowledge or permission. No matter how it is installed, as soon as it runs on your computer it will install as a variety of names in different programs and graphical interfaces depending on the version of Windows that is running. Whatever the name, however, they all end the same program with just a different skin to this topic.
