This problem may occur if there are bad sectors on the hard drive.
I suggest you to run the disk check to repair bad sectors on the hard drive. Check if it helps.

Earlier, I used the Microsoft Fix it Center to turn off this problem. I don't know if it is effective or not, until I had the chance to Surf Internet and just see if the problem occurs again or not. Only time will tell. The Microsoft Fix it Center is a part of the TuneUp Utilities 2011 program.

If you get multiple entries start during the connection to the Windows 7 operating system then I suggest you to refer to the following methods.
This problem can occur because interties incorrect startup, that I suggest to read the following steps and check if it helps.
a. log in the computer using an account with administrator rights.
b. Click Start, type msconfig.exe in the start search box and press ENTER to start the System Configuration utility.
c. Select the Startup tab. in the list of boot tab, select the one you want to set a default value.
d. click on apply, OK and then click on restart and check if it helps.
Note: If you want to change the boot drive settings then I suggest you to read the following steps:
a. new computers often display a startup (or boot) menu. In the start menu, choose "Configuration of the BIOS," or "BIOS settings," or something similar.
Procedures vary depending on the manufacturer of the BIOS. Usually, you must press a key (for example, F2, F12, DELETE, ESC) or a key combination whenever you turn on your computer but before Windows starts. If the Windows logo appears, you must try again by waiting until the Windows logon prompt appears, and then stop and restart your computer again.
b. the BIOS configuration screen appears. On the BIOS Setup screen, choose the option called "Boot order" or something similar. Startup command parameters may also be listed under "Advanced settings" or something similar.
c. Select your drive from DVD or USB drive as first boot device. (The USB flash drive can be listed under "Removable devices" or other similar term).
d. save the setting changes, and then exit the BIOS.
Note: BIOS change / semiconductor (CMOS) to complementary metal oxide settings can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the configuration of the BIOS/CMOS settings can be solved. Changes to settings are at your own risk.

See the attached picture. I have a picture open but I can't see the upper part of the application. It doesn't let me scroll to the top. I can't move the application. When I click on F3 I can see full screen and can see the photo, but as soon as I click anywhere it goes back to the Cup off the screen.

If Yes, go to your username > library > Application Support > Adobe / > elements Organizer/11.0 > organizing status.dat and delete.
BTW, just for later use, you should not bother with grapple to the general screenshots. CMD + SHIFT + 3 capture the entire screen, cmd-shift-4 and drag to capture a part of it. Here are a few other shortcuts (article is 10.8 but they are the same in 10.9)

Red + the way there is more text than is view - or overset text. You can extend the text box to enable all to show, or create another text box and pour the rest in that one.
Sometimes if you don't know that there is no more text, it's maybe a return which InDesign thinks that there is no more.
