Although I do need to explain how use, but still, I told him that I put it either in the front pocket all sitting or while you are driving, or most of the time I keep it on my desktop. I had to replace the device twice so far, and I was looking for a permanent solution type.

  I'm still in shock by looking at how this person treated with a customer. Later when I asked another call to apple support, this person was kind enough to listen to through my problem and offered two solutions I will try today.

  I was kind of hoping if it will count if I take this problem to headquarters of companies as I live nearby.

  I don't think that's true.  Apple profit comes mainly from the sale of hardware products.  Services such as iTunes Store probably make money, but they also exist for 'value' for Apple hardware customers, so that they will continue to Apple hardware customers.  According to my experience, customers of iTunes Store was accommodating when I needed their help to fix a problem with my iTunes Store account.
