What's up with Support technique Apple?

I have a MacBook Pro for mid-2009 running Mavericks 10.9.5 and iTunes 12.3.1. It has been suggested to me that my old MacBook plays perfectly with the new OS and the version of iTunes and that I should come back to Snow Leopard and an older version of iTunes (I liked 10). I'm having a problem with iTunes find my library since I copied my Time Capsule to a new post-HD which I asked in the iTunes forum.

I called Apple to ask questions about downloading a copy of Snow Leopard, which I already bought and use an older version of iTunes. The tech said that it is not recommended, because it could cause more problems and I want to put my iTunes library on my HD internal. Not possible because it exceeds the capacity of HD. The technology makes it seem like it's my only option. They are basically telling me that what once worked well now has difficulties because they have automatically updated my software. Thank you Apple.

I read a lot here and elsewhere which suggests, it shouldn't be a problem to keep my iTunes library on a drive to the post office and I should be able to return to the use of Snow Leopard. Is the technology Apple just tell me the company line? I have read enough on this support group to think that the kind, helpful people with gazillions of points know what they are talking about and can't help but think that the technicians who work at Apple are just say they told you to tell the extent of the revenant to use older software.

Technical support gave you the recommendation for better performance. Have the library on an external drive, it's doable but not optimal.

I have a mid-2009 MacBook Pro 15 "under El Capitan and it works fine.

I suggest you install a hard drive with more capacity. It is much more convenient to have your laptop continuously attached to an external drive.

    I called to have a permanent solution to the constant question I was confronted to with the iPhone 6 more flexion.

    The representative was supposed to be an older person something. He was really rude how he responded when I told me about my problem.

    He outrageously blamed it on me. He forgot he was talking to a customer. He repeated that it was my mistake that the phone keep bending. He began to teach me on how I need to use the phone. Although I do need to explain how use, but still, I told him that I put it either in the front pocket all sitting or while you are driving, or most of the time I keep it on my desktop. I had to replace the device twice so far, and I was looking for a permanent solution type.

    I'm still in shock by looking at how this person treated with a customer. Later when I asked another call to apple support, this person was kind enough to listen to through my problem and offered two solutions I will try today.

    I was kind of hoping if it will count if I take this problem to headquarters of companies as I live nearby.

    Phones do not bend by themselves. The amount of force required to bend an iPhone is quite large, about 70 pounds of pressure, if I remember correctly. Reports of consumers test iPhones and other similar phones from other manufacturers. iPhones don't bend any more than other phones.

    Nobody can tell you here what staff in a store or will not happen if you take the phone assessment. They may agree to make an exception and replace the damaged toll-free phone. Or they might not. You'll just have to make an appointment and see.

    Just delete your Safari history and restart Safari. A reset is usually all that is necessary.

    I don't think that's true.  Apple profit comes mainly from the sale of hardware products.  Services such as iTunes Store probably make money, but they also exist for 'value' for Apple hardware customers, so that they will continue to Apple hardware customers.  According to my experience, customers of iTunes Store was accommodating when I needed their help to fix a problem with my iTunes Store account.

    You will need to contact them directly, however (don't be not contradictory).  Most of the responses here (Apple users discussion forum) are your fellow users of Apple, but I saw a response with an Apple logo recently, in the section below.  I think the answer applies to your situation

    The key is to get your reactive old Apple ID.  You may be able to retrieve your forgotten password.  If you do this, you can allow your current with this old ID Apple Mac (although it is authorized for former and current Apple ID), and these old purchased songs will play.
