  Please make sure that your computer meets the system system requirements minimum requirements. Adobe Photoshop Elements

  • Run Photoshop Elements as administrator (right click "Photoshop Elements icon and select" Run as Administrator)
  • If it does not start, run it in compatibility mode

  Right click on Photoshop Elements icon > properties > compatibility > Select Windows 7 slot "run this program in compatibility mode for".

  I know that this is a very old thread, but I run CS2 on a laptop Windows 8, and it runs great!

  Load it normally and when you get to the screen where it asks to keep the program, change the location of "------(x 86) programs of" programs ~ 2 "and it will work fine!

  I don't understand. What makes you think the reader 'is not compatible' with Windows 7? Windows (or any other OS besides) sees no external hard drives as "compatible" or not...

I'm frustrated to the max and sick of wasting ink paper and specialty because this program can't do something as simple as printing to the size that I specify.   Got understood it, additional printer drivers should be installed to show the large paper sizes and allow larger prints. apparently except if it is installed with the disc, not all drivers are installed and show only minimal paper sizes. Thanks for the help
