  I work in a data center and we are changing a lot of things at the beginning of the year that I hope will increase business. This will also increase the workload of course. I do the research ways that I can deploy Windows Server 2003 and 2008 R2 unattended with updates, service pack, or even PHP and a mail server. I want to do without having to learn how to write the Perl [it seems that most of the things unattended is Perl]. I used nlite to integrate an installation cd for 2003 Standard with service packs in the past and helps the time to install but it seems that the installation of the updates is not as functional.
  in any case, someone knows all the options on how to achieve the above? It would be great if there is a tool that I can configure, perform a PXE boot, choose 2003 SP2 Standard from the list and it installs an image already created, configured and maintained with updates, etc. Any ideas?

I'm not great computer but I looked very hard to find a kind of free downloads or free updates in order to keep the security offered by windows.   When I'm working on the raw files in lightroom, I notice nothing else I can do with them that I can't do with JPEG files.  With the JPEG files I can adjust the balance of whites and pretty much everything.  When you work on a raw image, I see no difference in what I can do.  However, the controls are there.  So, what is the difference?  Thank you for your help.

  From a functional point of view, the RAW files are usually rather larger than JPEG files, but can be a joy to work with the help of Adobe's Camera Raw (the engine which results in Ps and Lr modifiable RAW).

  A few points:

  1. all JPEG images (from RAW files) are compressed down to a depth of 8 bits, so, technically, we don't work with almost as many possible colors as for RAW formats (which are the property of the manufacturer of the device). »

  2. According to what you read, you may fall on the apocryphal information that says "your camera does no change for RAW images that capture." It's not exactly the case: all the cameras 'interpret' the 'Photonics' image data entering the CMOS sensor from behind a table of Bayer (in general). Depending on which filter through the matrix Bayer, that a photon passes through, the camera interprets the electronic data from the CMOS as red, green or blue light. There are several other "interpretations" as well.

  4. I found that with my digital SLR 'starter', (sad, sad) 10Mpx files aren't as pleasant to work with, say, my T3i 18Mpx files. So beware, if you have a camera Mpx lowest, you won't see much change with each increase in "Blacks" for example (or 'contrast', 'fill light' or 'brightness') than you will with a model more great.

  We receive a lot of requests since the new Surface Pro was released. At present, however, all of our applications are only available on iPad. Our intention is to get them finally to Android, but I don't know what this is... or get to Windows.

  I know that's not really an answer, but we recently released applications for the Android platform that it is difficult to know how long a release could / would go for Windows.

  Windows backup is not installed by default on XP Home.  You can install it if you have a genuine Windows XP CD or if you download the full network for SP2 installation file: http://www.ntbackup.us/Articles/install-ntbackup-xp-home.htm

  I suggest, however, that you not install NTBackup, but rather get a cloning/disk imaging application.  What follows is not free, but you get what you pay for.  NTBackup has some limitations (on the one hand, you cannot use NTBackup to backup to the optical media).  NTBackup also is not used in Vista or Windows 7, but after much kicking and screaming, Microsoft made a utility to restore NTBackup for Vista and Win 7 for computers with these operating systems could at least read BKF files created by NTBackup.

  Ghost was the gold standard for imaging software, then became much less desirable, as well as with many Symantec products.  I understand that the current version is significantly improved.  Of the foregoing do not all have the same feature sets, but all should do a good job of backup and restore.  Some managers hard drive, such as Western Digital, do a version of one of these applications available for free if you use their readers.
