  I have the Satellite M70-159 with ATI MOBILITY RADEON X 700. I know that it sounds stupid, but I didn't install any graphics driver.   Remove all USB hubs and USB controllers in the list of devices.
  Restart the computer and wait for Win has recognized and installed again all USB devices.
