What you see is what you print?

Hello

First timer here.

I have a problem when you print a picture via my program "Serif PhotoPlus X 4'.»

With the help of this program for years now in combination with the HP Officejet 1280

with good printing results.

Recently I bought the "HP Officejet 7610 all in one ' and when you print a color photo,.

I have not received a printing result that matches the colors on my screen.

There is a slight reddish color spreading around the image. Might not this problem

using my old HP 1280.

What I am doing wrong?

Thanks in advance.

It took me some time to run your advice. I had to go in to seek photographic archives:

-A digitized the photos on CD, she also has been developed and printed in a photo lab.

-Buy official glossy photo paper to match with the photo paper used by the laboratory.

I noticed that the photo on the CD using my monitor PC and LG (an IPS277L) perfectly put in correspondence with one that was printed by the laboratory.

Now when using this brilliant photo paper and printing of the photo with my 7610 HP, printing MATCHED PERFECTLY with that which was printed by the laboratory! No color reddish especially in white areas detected.

Thus, the conclusion may be that using simple printing paper is not the way to judge the color of the HP printer print quality.

Believe it or not it was a relief for me!

Sunshyn2005 thanks for your support!

Problem solved.

  • Photosmart 7150: Printer prints correct colors of the web; printing of background colors incorrect when you print the document

I have a Dell desktop computer, using Windows 7 with a HP Photosmart 7150 (I know this is an older model, but I have no reason to spend).

When you print to the web, the colors are printed similar to what we see on the screen.  When I try to print a document that includes a background with color, the color prints differently.   The document I'm working on that requires a background textured printing on glossy photo paper.  When the document is formatted with a brownish background, the background is printed bright green.  When the document is formatted with a blue background lighting, the background is printed a bright torquoise.

I worked with the printer settings changing the quick project to the best print quality. increases the magenta color, but nothing seems to work.  The ink cartridge is fairly recent. I hate wasting more paper and ink.

    Any suggestions? Thank you!

Thank you for taking the time to try to help solve the problem of color with my printer.  I solved the problem: I had a PHOTO, #58 print cartridge in the printer.  When I changed for the black cartridge, #56, colors came out as it should.

    Thanks again!

  • OfficeJet 4500 G510n-z you print envelopes - no!

I am trying to print envelopes, I get the error message "out of paper". Have tried cleaning the rollers but no change. He has worked in the past, although some at the time. Paper size (A4) loads normally.

    Suggestions?

Where you want to print envelopes, as in what program? Selected by the software through the program, and printing as you work through them size/type of envelope that you print on? The program and the printer should be set (both from the screenshot) to send/receive this kind of request.

  • When you print a file, change the font to 'Label'.

Is it possible that I can change the "label" font when you print a file... Here's my number

I can print a picture very well...

However, when I check the box of the label to print the label with him... I get an error page of my printer... some overflow of stack or something... So it's obviously from the label... I think maybe it's the police or something...

I'm using CS5 Design Premium for Mac... I also have snow leopard installed.

Please let me know if anyone has any ideas! Thank you

    Mouhib

    You cannot change the font.

There is also a bug in the code of the label that is displayed if the file name is longer then 15 characters. Sorry, but that's probably what you see.

  • Why my product number in the BIOS is different from what is printed on the laptop?

I bought a HP Envy cl 4-1043 ultrabook and I created a set of backup on a USB key recovery.

3 months later the 32 GB SSD is crushed and HP it replaced under warranty. The system unusable because of excessive corrupted files.

The problem is now, I'm unable to retrieve the ultrabook using my recovery of backup series. The error reported is that the number of products reported by the BIOS is different from the one originally used to create the recovery image.

The product reported by BIOS now number is B5T09UA #AB4

What is printed on my ultrabook is B5T09UA #ABA

The version of the BIOS is F.0B

My question is why the product number has changed? He changed during the replacement of my ultrabook of the SSD?

How I am now able to recover my operating system to Windows 7? I appreciate if someone can advise me.

I suggest you contact the after-sales Service and sending it back to correct the error. It takes using a utility software owners to correct this problem.

    Best regards

    Hi mikesage,

OK, since you've had this problem on three different printers and only experience when printing from this one Toshiba Laptop that indicates that the problem is something in the laptop not printers. At this stage, I need for you to test it on another computer, and if you do not experience the problem, you will need to contact Toshiba support to help you understand what the parameters of the laptop are originally the problem while printing. Let me know what you find?

I've been printing of various items from my computer and no matter what I printed, it comes out in very small print, even when I highlight a selection.

    Thank you for your help.

Check your layout, and the properties of the printer for things like: pages per sheet, reduced to fit the page width, paper size, resizing, etc.
If still the issue, please post: the model of the printer, how was the connected printer, how and what driver is installed, what app (s) used to print (browser, word or other), your computer (PC, Mac, etc.) and the version of the OS.

  • Photo printing, vertical lines when you print multiple images on a page

I went from iPhoto to Photos. Now I'm having a problem printing (HP Photosmart Premium 309 c) pages with many photos for my annual calendar. Often the picture on the right will have vertical lines. I use PS 14 items.  I did this for years and I am sure that the problem is related to Photos and the fact that my photos are now in the cloud and not on my Mac.

I recently removed my hard drive iPhoto library - because I don't have enough space on my Air.

    Hello

Thank you for using communities of Apple Support.

I understand that whenever you print photos of the Photos on your Mac app, the lines appear in the printed image resulting.  The following steps will help isolate the matter with Photos or the printer itself.  To start, please print one of the photographs from the Photos app to confirm a specific photo translates into lines on the printed copy.  After seeing the photo, please export the original photo of the Photos app on your desktop, open the photo in the preview and then print this photo.

Export pictures in their original format

    1. Select the photos you want to export.

    2. Choose file > export > export Original unmodified.

    3. Click Export.

    4. Choose where to save the exported photo files and then click Export the originals.

Please report back with the results of these steps so that we can help you.

    Take care.
