Hello RichardMcCamy,

As Palcouk comment, what changes have you made to your menu start computers?  A step like suggested Palcouk would restore the system to a point in time before your changes.  I have included a link on the measures for the restoration of the system.   Please let us know status and any additional information.

  • Error when you try to use VoIPBuster to place VoIP calls: Client for VoIP calls has stopped working. Windows is checking for a solution to the problem.

    Client to make VoIP calls

I recently started having problems, make VoIP calls from my computer.  I use VoIP Busters (and using it for a few years without any problems).  Evertime I try to call the destination phone rings a couple of times and then stop.  The next thing that happens is an error message that says: "Client for VoIP calls has stopped working.  Windows is checking for a solution to the problem.  It is followed by another screen that says: "a problem caused blocking the program working properly."  Windows will close the program and inform you is a solution available. "  Nothing happens.  How to overcome this problem.

I finally had to resort to the re-installation of Windows.  This solves the problem.  But don't forget to back up your computer and email address / addresses before you do.

  • While opening a program get an error message: program has stopped working, Windows is looking for a solution

    Original title: error message:

When I try to open one of my programs, I get an error message states that my program has stopped working, Windows is looking for a solution

    Hi SheilaFrenchman,

    ·         Are what program you referring?

    ·         Did you do changes on the computer before the show?

    ·         What is the full error message?

    Follow these steps:

Step 1: Start the computer in safe mode and check if the problem persists.

Step 2: If the problem does not persist in safe mode, perform a clean boot to see if there is a software conflict as the clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

Note: After completing the steps in the clean boot troubleshooting, follow the link step 7 to return the computer to a Normal startupmode.

  • auto blog software has stopped working. Windows is checking for a solution to the problem not closed Windows program and you contact if a Solution is available. __

I can't get my autoblogging software to run on Vista. I know it works with vista, because other users have on their machines. The developer also said it works on vista very well.

For some reason, it does not work on my machine. I installed 2 different versions of the software and both give me error in the title of this thread immediately. He doesn't have the ability to load up and fail or anything he just lift the error immediately.

for purposes of test and restore my sanity a little I have installed this software on an old laptop running XP and a desktop running xp, after installing the software I opened the first time and on the laptop, I got this same error, however XP let him program continues to work and he opened and held its positions. The Office opened and ran without error.

So my question is why this software is triggering this error when I open it up on top of my vista machine, and how can I work around this problem or solve the problem, so I can use my software.

The error indicates that microsoft will let me know when a solution is available, but that never happens.

Any light you can throw on that would be great.

Try to run the software in Compatibility Mode: http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/75909-compatibility-mode.html to see if that helps.

What is the EXACT error message (Word for Word)?  What version of Vista you are using?  What is the name and version of the software (and the Web site if you have one)?

If this does not work, try a boot minimum http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135.  If the problem goes away then it's just a matter of tracking down the culprit at the origin of the problem.   Follow the procedures described in the article.  Once found, remove, delete, disable or uninstall.  Once remember to put Vista in normal status, as described in the procedures. If the problem occurs in clean mode then just restore the system to normal and reboot - this solution will not work.

Start in safe mode with network and see if the problem is here.  A result allows us to narrow down the search for the cause.

I hope this helps. Please include answers and results in your response if it does not work.

A clean boot to check if startup item or services to third-party application is causing this issue.
