  You can always reinstall drivers even if they are native in Windows. Go to control panel and open the Device Manager. Look down the list of all references to your webcam (video, microphone, etc.). They may appear with a yellow! mark indicating there is a problem with the driver, or they might not. If none does everyone try to enable 'Show hidden devices' in the view menu. For each entry in webcam that you find, right-click on it, select properties then driver. Click on the button that says "roll back driver". The earlier work driver should then re - install.

  If the Roll Back driver option is disabled which means there is no new driver installed. You can always reinstall the driver however. Right-click on each entry in webcam and select uninstall driver. When it is unplug your webcam.
