When a download is in progress (for eg. 50% complete) and I put in 'Work offline' mode in Internet Explorer, this will affect the download?

Query 'work offline '.

When a download is in progress (for eg. 50% complete) and I put in 'Work offline' mode in Internet Explorer, this will affect the download / download will stop and I have to restart the download again? What would be the status in a scenario like this?

I think you might have to restart the download.  You can test and see, but with XP, I think it will start from scratch.

I have a request for a phone number in my HTML code in my database which is automatically filled with the correct sales phone number when sending emails. I create HTML code in dreamweaver and then put the code in my e-mail program. I need to make the phone number in the clickable query. I know the code to do it well not in a query. What is the code?

As far as I saw, most of the smartphones will automatically recognize it these days, as long as the number is written in a format of regular phone number. This format also allows to make images or text other than a telephone number in a tap to call the link.

Looking at what you have presented I guess it would be something along the lines of...

    urmcell>>">urmcell >

When the location of the link and the link text would be the same variable.

I've never worked with Intelliclick so above is a wild guess. They would be those who need to ask themselves if there is a way to fill in the address of a link like that.

When Data Execution Prevention closes internet Explorer, this means that a virus was trying to attack my PC?

    Hello

EricLaw IEInternals - a peek at Internet Explorer from inside. -Understanding DEP/NX
    http://blogs.msdn.com/ieinternals/archive/2009/10/10/understanding-data-execution-prevention-crashes-in-IE8.aspx

The problem might actually be an addon or another program causing the problem and you
    must verify that 1.

What antivirus/antispyware/security products do you have on the machine? Be one you have
EVER had on this machine, including those you have uninstalled (they leave leftovers behind which)
    may cause strange problems).

Start - all programs - Accessores - system tools - IE with no Addons - does this work better?

IE - Tools - Internet Options - Advanced - tab click on restore, and then click Reset - apply / OK

IE - Tools - Internet Options - Security - reset all Zones by default level - apply / OK

    not better?

Close IE and try again IE or IE with no Addons

IE - tools - manage Addons (for sure disable SSV2 if she's here, is no longer necessary, but)
Java always install it and it causes problems - you never update Java to go back in and turn it off again.)
    Search for other possible problems.

Windows Defender - tools - software explore - look for problems with programs that do not look
right. Allowed are usually OK and "unauthorized" are not always bad. If a doubt
program to ask about it here.

Could be a free - BHOremover - BHO - standalone program, needs no installation, download and
run - not all are bad but some can cause your question. (Toolbars are BHO)

    I would add prevx so.

Update for Windows XP (KB2718704) and Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Edition Service Pack 4 (KB2463332) will BE WITHOUT INSTALLATION

Please answer each of the following [admittedly tedious] diagnostic questions in a numbered list type in your very next answer (no need to quote this post):

    1. What is the full name of your application or the installed antivirus security suite and when (date about) is your subscription current expires?  What (other than Defender) anti-spyware applications are installed?  What third-party firewall (if applicable)?

2 a Norton or McAfee application ALREADY installed on the computer?

    3. do you have a free trial Norton or a test of free McAfee [CHOOSE ONE ANSWER] come preinstalled on the computer when you bought it? (No matter if you have never used or activated).

    4. open Add/Remove Programs and make sure that Show updates at the top is checked (and leave it checked); then select the name in the box sort by on the right. Now do scroll down & tell me if ALL the other updates following up-to-date are listed?

    (a) KB2676562,262, KB2686509 & KB2695962KB2659;

Note: KB2463332 is a update optional, not security. Feel free to hide it.

  • CB, VC or ESX management failure will affect the billing for this period?

    Hello

Another question is if CB, CR or ESX management failure will affect the billing.

Lets say CB is down for several hours.

    VC may be down.

ESX could lose management while continue to run virtual machines.

    Thank you.

    Hello

When you add a vCenter to the CB, there will be a data collector pointing to the DB of the vCenter.

CB, settings it is a JOB - synchronization of the Stats, this work comes when you add Stats enable replication when adding vCenter, this job will run every 30 minutes by default. It is a work of data collector that pulls information in the DB vCenter to each use of 30 minutes, the virtual machine, ESX, consumption.

vCenter fails or when the failure of ESX vcenter - then I believe that no information is written to the DB vCenter, where the CB loses information and billing can be affected and there may be loss of money.

Yet once there will be loss only if you go "REAL consumption of CPU/Mem or disc etc.

If the costing model is "Fixed" or "Founded allowance", then according to the date that the costing are measured and not a problem in this case.

If the CB goes down then there is nothing to be disturbed, beak Stats job can run again to collect back the news from vCenter DB.

I think the next thing to test would that interfere with Add-ons. Disables the Firefox Add-on - Add-ons that only list compatibility with Firefox 5, but some add-ons could cause problems.

To test, the simplest method is to restart Firefox Safe mode.

First of all, I recommend you backup your Firefox settings in case something goes wrong. See your backup information. (You can copy your profile folder Firefox together somewhere outside the Mozilla folder).

Then, try help > restart with disabled modules > continue in Mode safe (do not check the boxes). This article gives more information on the options and features of Safe Mode: Safe Mode.

What is fix? If so, you may have to disable some add-ons.

Tom, tell him below.  It worked for me.

Use the command REGEDIT and change the key "SoftwareOnly" to "1" to "0" in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Direct3D\Drivers

and then restart the system and it should work.

I saw wording like this before, and I don't think it's anything to worry about. I don't know why Adobe chose these specific words, that your changes are certainly editable after the move.

  • Change tracking (CTK) block is supported for this virtual machine, but was refused. This will increase the CPU proxy and consumption of IOP.

I have problems with a client of VMware image-level in an EMC Avamar backup.  So far, we have not been able to find information about this message in the backup log file.  It is originally the backup to take a very long period of time (on average 10-11 hours).

2014-02-28 14:20:57 avvcbimage < 14681 > Info: change tracking (CTK) block is supported for this virtual machine, but was refused. This will increase the CPU proxy and consumption of IOP.

We cannot determine why CBT is "denied".  Has anyone here run across this issue before or seen any other type of backup VMware image have denied CBT?

Everything I checked watch that CBT is successfully activated since the file vmx for the customer to the Avamar config.

ESXi host is Enterprise Plus 4.1.0 260247

After spending some time on this issue, the ultimate resolution withdrew the Avamar vm and then add it again.  After that, CBT began to work properly.  It seems that there is a parameter that has been 'stuck' pertaining to this virtual machine that wasn't behaving properly.

I stopped at the end of the installation of Flash Player for Internet Explorer with the message "User lacks sufficient privileges to install" despite having Flash Player installed because I bought my computer. My internet Explorer browser will now display the videos saying that I have the latest version of Flash Player. Videos had previously shown fine on Int.Explorer over 5 years and see the normally on Flash Player using Google Chrome.

    Hi James Goldberg,.

I recommend you install it using your administrator account on your system or right-click on the configuration file and choose "Run as Administrator".

Hope that helps, please let me know if you face any problem.

  • Firefox sometimes freezes my computer when I go to some sites for about 10 seconds and my hard drive is turned on all the time.

This happened since I upgraded Firefox 3.6 Firefox 18 when it was released in the 23.0.1 that I have right now. When I go on some heavy such as yahoo news, browser specific websites and my computer will be blocked for about 10 seconds while my HDD is on all the time and the only info on: crashes gives me a link to a page called limitation, which apparently no longer exists. It happens that its manual or automatic cache on size and only seems to happen when its max cache. Depending on the subject: crashes, it happened only 4 times before I went from 3.6 to 18.

Ive tried turning almost all my addons turned off and that did not work, Ive had harware acceleration turned off for a long time if it's not that. I still have all my plugins off except flash and it does not have anything to do with flash. The report of health of firefox it also count as an accident.

I worked in fact observe that its almost always the comment system on the pages of Web sites such as disqus. IM blocking them just through them with ghostery and anti-ad element hider.
