  Please test after each of the steps that you have not already tried it. Stop when the problem is resolved. Back up all data before making any changes. Remember, no one here is Apple or can help in problems of service the customer.

  Step 1

  If you have recently changed something in your Apple ID account (for example, the password), log out of the App Store and reconnect.

  Step 2

  A purchased app can only be updated by logging into the App Store with the same identifier Apple which was originally used to buy it.   Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find any piece of information which. I read in some different forums that this device is available in the United States and the Canada. In my opinion, you must contact your local agent and check if they can order one for you or communicate directly with the Toshiba UK. I'm sure you can order one.

  I'm not exactly sure how works of Laplink, but assuming that he transfer all your data from Windows user profile, then you should bring your Firefox to your new computer data. You can confirm by checking here on both computers and comparing what you see:

  In particular, make sure that Laplink copied the profiles.ini file and folder profile and its subfolders.

  I suggest you copy the data in the first, then installation of Firefox. In this case, when you install Firefox it should automatically find your data and you will be running. If you install Firefox first, then you will need to take some additional precautions to get your old data in.

  I see that you have problems paper selection.  I will try to help!

  I recommend you to perform a power reset.  Unplug the power cord from the printer and the power outlet, then wait 60 seconds. After 60 seconds, plug back in the printer. Make sure that you connect the printer directly to a wall outlet. Make sure to bypass any surge protector or power bar.
