  Acrobat X and XI downloads are available here, but you need to know is you have a license for, like your s/n will not work with the wrong version: download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI or X

  Opening of services by typing services.msc in the search bar and find the list of Network Service. Under properties, set it to automatic.

  so much worse... when I bought XI I got a discount for upgrade, then rather badly phrased messages screen wondering what was this original Adobe product, I've been ungrading and then I needed to put the serial number of the original product that I bought from Adobe in the white... I did... now, everything's cool

  This happens with all files, or more precisely the photos? How do you remove?

  I found a 3 part article in which some have found a solution (in multiple copies of photos, but should hold true for all types) here.
