  To correct the full page, press F11 to toggle. This can have an impact on your other question.

Printing with Acrobat XI and the creation of the custom page size, e.g. 14mm width and 80mm in height. The added size is not listed in the drop-down list. Any format below 26 mm in all directions is not displayed. Also tried Microsoft Word.

  So instead I tried Foxit and the Foxit printer does not have this problem. It shows even formats I've already added (but can not see) using Acrobat XI printer.

  I reported this as a bug to Adobe.

  I installed the XI version since I was actually using Acrobat version 9. Thought years of development would have fixed this, but not... or is it just my computer that has this problem?

  You cannot export to PDF directly from Corel Draw? I suppose that you have set up a page size of 14 mm x 80 mm.

  Not AFAIK in FrameMaker.

  But in Acrobat, set the initial view one Page instead of continuous.

  File > properties > Initial View.

  

  Two upward (direction) and two up (cover Page) would also work.

  Try this.go in the menus. Select cc illustrator > preferences > display selection & anchor > then make sure the box "activate the rubber band for" the pen tool is not selected. Then press OK. It should work.

  create a new user account and check if it helps.
