When I click on a Web page (especially near the text), the cursor blinks on the Web page where I clicked! Is this normal with Firefox v50.0.2?

When I click anywhere near the text in a webpage the cursor flashes here where I clicked. Is this normal with Firefox v50.0.2 or something wrong with my pc?

Looks like "keyboard navigation" which allows you to navigate through the text of a document with the top and down arrow keys. The F7 function key activates the navigation with the keyboard on and outside. Or you can use the Options page, the accessibility section. See: Advanced panel - accessibility, navigation, network, updates and other settings in advanced Firefox.
