When I click on the "Send" icon to send a link, I get the message "access is denied"
I never had a problem with the icon of e-mail message before. Now when I try to send a link to someone, I get a message "access denied." I'm not technical, but have tried everything I can and restarted.

When I opened Gmail, I get the usual list of messages. When I click on a message to read, everything seems as usual except the box with the text of the message in it. For this text, I have to click on in the response box, and then I'll see the original text of the specified message.
It's true on three Gmail accounts. I have not changed all settings for Gmail. I've enabled and disabled the various extensions and user Styles that affect Gmail and off Greasemonkey, without effect.
Yesterday I've updated updated Java 7 10, but Gmail was still working after that. I installed several new extensions at this time, but I tried to disable them and reboot, and the problem persisted.

Clear the cache and cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Tools > Options > advanced > network > content caching Web: 'clear now '.
'Delete Cookies' sites causing problems:
- Tools > Options > privacy > Cookies: "show the Cookies".
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance).
- Do not click on the reset button on the start safe mode window or make changes.

E-mail are what customer you referring? Windows Mail, Outlook.com, Office Outlook?
If using IE, clear your cache files - choose your browser from the list for guidance

Tools > Internet Options > Advanced tab
Press the Reset button
Check delete all personal settings
Press the Reset button
Click Ok
Restart the computer for the changes to take effect

This problem may occur due to viruses or malware present on the computer.
I suggest using Microsoft Safety scanner and check if this solves the problem. Follow the steps below:
Method 1:
Run the Microsoft Safety scanner and check if there are files infected on the computer. See the link to download and run the Analyzer:

Note: the data files that are infected must be cleaned only by removing the file completely, which means there is a risk of data loss. This Scanner ends 10 days after being downloaded. I love the old version of Firefox, because I REFUSE to use my computer without Kaspersky. I have it? > Kaspersky is MORE important for me than Firefox (G.Chrome is my backup)
Now I have KIS 2016 and I love its hexagonal icon, showing attempts it is blocking (it is set to block). Firefox 3 times now DELETED this icon, but shows that the Protection of Kaspersky is always an active add-in. I had to uninstall KIS 2016 3 times to return to this icon. When I click on the gear to select the background choice 'Reset all the Add-ons to update manually', nothing happens. No check mark shows, in Options / Advanced, I chose never "check updates". I'm tired of wasting my time to re - install KIS 2016 to get back on this icon. About: config I have enabled FALSE app.update.auto, app.update.enable and app.update.silent. What can be done in addition to the removal of Firefox? (I'm NOT going to install latest Firefox because it is incompatible with KIS).
You are using a version of Firefox that is very old, please upgrade to the latest version of Firefox updated to the latest version. Kapersky drops support for older versions of Firefox, so if you do not update you may encounter problems in the strange, not to mention many security bugs in older versions of Firefox.
Then, make sure that you use the latest version of Kapersky and then use controls, buttons and Toolbars Customize Firefox to add the icon of kapersky on toolbars of Firefox.

Something went this afternoon and when I started Firefox all my favorites have disappeared. I reinstalled Firefox and recovered my favorites. My bar on the top of the browser's back, and when I click on the bookmark icon, it shows all my favorites. However, if I click on show all bookmarks (ctrl-shift-B), none of my favorites appear. I have attached a screenshot to show what I see, but it seems that there is a corruption somewhere.
It is possible that they are all in a folder or hidden?

When I open a new tab, I used to get a page which had tiles for some of the sites I visit often. Now I get the Bing search page. The help of instructions say I can change the default new tab page by clicking on the gear on a new improved, classic, or blank page icon in a drop-down list. When I click on the train, I don't get this list of options. Instead, a settings page appears, allowing me to make various changes, but improved, classic or white new tab page choices aren't there. What should I do?

I have a drive mapped to the network, but (My Computer) icon is a folder. I get access denied when I click on the drive. But if I open windows Explorer, I can access the drive mapped without problems. Win Xp

Maybe you closed a small window changed over the past days that would explain this behavior.
Launch IE
Place your cursor on the edge of the window
When you see the arrow double head, left click and drag to your taste
You can do it on the sides, top and down to this than satisfied with resizing
When finished, close IE
New IE launch which should open in the new size
Make sure you close the last larger window because Windows remembers the last of them.
