  Adobe programs should be installed, they can be copied from one place to the other.  If you do not have the serial numbers for these products, then you're probably out of luck to run again on any new installation.  If you have the discs, then the serial number is usually on the disc cover.

  If you purchase these items in an Apple store, they are not new... they are quite old.

I noticed this problem for the first time when using RDP to my desktop, but it wasn't the first time I've done RDP. I have not installed new hardware or drivers.
