When I go full screen for a game or a video using Firefox 'fullscreen' moves to the left, leaving a white space on the right side of my screen, but the mouse still acts like the picture is where it should be, why?

I have Firefix was last updated, and I use Windows 7 Home Premium. It's annoying, especially for games because I have to make sure that the slider is to the right (to a certain amount) of the question, I would click. This is in Firefox, I tried in Internet Explorer * shudder * and there is no problem, I do not have currently installed web browsers.
