  This happens usually when the import process was not completed. If you have the original camera card - or a copy of the computer of the map - you can probably use the re-import command (on the file menu) to fix things.   Hi chrismarks1,

  I think you can be confused bookmarks with thumbnails. If you click on the miniatures Page icon (the one above the bookmarks icon), you can delete a page by clicking on its thumbnail, clicking the delete page (icon of the Recycle Bin). Just make sure that you see the PDF file in Acrobat (rather than Acrobat Reader), you cannot remove the drive pages.

  I know you hate Adobe, but this parameter does not have to do with Adobe at all, in fact... This is an internal setting of Firefox.

  Anyway, change go to Tools - Options - Applications and enter "pdf" in the filter field. Change the action associated with this type of file to do what you want, in this case always 'ask '.

  As in unstructured FM, FM the first file in the book is used to pick up the paratgs and items to use for bookmarks at the level of the book. Please make sure that all tags/elements are in this file.
