When I open Spider Solitaire it opens reduced to a minimum. I have it can maximize the taskbar, but cannot get it in 'normal' size It minimizes simply double-clicking them the title bar. Any suggestions?

  The transparency setting is global. There is no way to set the transparency for any individual item.

  What you see as different may be associated with what is on the window that is under the title bar.

  Do not use the maximize button (or property of start-up).

  1. Start it IE as you normally would.
  2. Open a link in a new window (or whatever your nommal procedure that causes a window IE smaller size).
  3. Close the original windows, leaving only the small size, a
  4. Resize this last IE window by dragging the edges to be almost full screen - do not use the maximize button!
  5. Close the window of the latter and the size parameter should stick.

  Perhaps a preferences Reset could fix.  Cmd k will lead you to the Photoshop preferences where you will see this screen.
