I just got a subscription for 1 year at Creative cloud earlier today to work on my college class at home. When I try to log in I get the message "You have been disconnected" immediately after the signing. I downloaded the application on a Macbook Pro to see if I get the same result, but I logged without fault. 'Download Support Advisor' is a generic error, and we need to understand what is causing the problem. Most of the time, its a problem with the download was not successful or downloaded correctly. So, in this case, re-download the software and do not forget to compare the file size of the file downloaded with the file on the server. Navigate in the log files in one of the following folder:

You can use a utility to extract the 7z or gz to unzip.

Scroll to the bottom of the log. Look in the section - summary - for lines that begin with ERROR or FATAL and signals a failure during the installation process.

I followed the procedure described in Adobe Community Help, after still getting the same message I've uninstalled and reinstalled creative cloud of this version is 2.3.0.322 and still get the message that you have been disconnected. Any other ideas please?

I now get a message "You have been disconnected" whenever I try to connect to the desktop creative cloud application.
I tried without success to the following:
- Uninstall and then reinstall the creative cloud application.
- Rename the OOBE centenarians OOBE folder.
- The deletion of all in the SLCache.
All of these answers have been proposed on these forums or support. None have worked.

I am currently using Adobe Creative Suite CS5.5.
I am on a Mac in the Mavericks (OSX 10.9).
Nothing seems to work and I was forwarded from one Department to the thing of support chat window.

I would like to share with you the solution that worked for me.
It's the walkthrough, I followed, guided by Tariq to the live Adobe chat service:
1: open Activity monitor of spotlight and end partner Adobe all processes. You can find the process as AAMupdater, AAMupdater notify, Adobe crash the daemon process.
2: Open a window in the Finder, select go > go to folder option, type in ~/Library and press to enter.
3: now navigate to Application Support/Adobe/OOBE /... folder.
4: delete the opm under OOBE.
5: OOBE and rename it OOBEold.
6: Check if you have AAMupdater in the same place.
7: Please rename it to AAMupdaterold.
8: click on icon on the desktop creative cloud gear application and choose leave Creative Cloud.
9: then launch, connect, and click on the applications tab.

The message "you have disconnected because you access Yahoo! Messenger from another computer or device." appears when you try to connect twice with the same Yahoo! ID. Someone knows your password and he at the same time connecting with you or you have Yahoo Multi Messenger and accidentally logging in twice. One solution is to change your Yahoo! password or not to use Yahoo Multi Messenger with the same ID.

Please perform the below data as follows:
Clean the connection of the user being cached information.
- Leave the creative Cloud Desktop application.

- Remove the OOBE.
- Launch the creative cloud.
