  • Cannot add music to a video in Windows Movie Maker

I used Windows Movie Maker to create movies and I tried to add a MP3 to a photo slideshow, and he suddenly decided to not work when adding music to a Slideshow photo had worked the last time, I tried. Before the audio tracks, a way of seeing sound waves - where the sound was loud and soft, but recently those too are gone, and that's what I think the problem is. It would be nice if it was a track that wouldn't play, but I tried it again with the track that worked previously, and is no longer work or the other and all other .mp3 files I put in there do not work either. What can I do to make this work?

Open the Device Manager by following the steps in the first link I provided in the previous answer, and then expand the graphicsoption. Your graphics driver is listed under this category. If you double click the driver that is on the list, it will open the driver properties dialog box. You can go to the driver tab it and then click on the option to restore the drivers to roll your graphics driver back and see if this helps you.

You can also uninstall and reinstall the driver from there. To reinstall the driver, you will need to download it from the website of the manufacturer of the computer.

    It will be useful.

  • Why will not post any kind of video format Windows Movie Maker?

I have a video project together over but when I click 'save to computer' and go through it, he starts to publish but stick to 1% or 2%. I tried just to publish a still image (JPEG) that works. I added a voice on the video image, published again very well. Then added an mp3 which is used throughout the project, which publishes perfectly too. Add a video file, however, freezes it. I tried to break the project down into third to check that it is not "too complex" that didn't work and now even in the sixth that don't work as.
I tried using videos MP4, AVI and WMV, but nothing to do with a video clip will release.

I am running vista and movie maker 2.6.
(And ive also tried to put the project on a Win7 computer and who publishes but the same file wont open (all files component also transferred to 2nd pc))

I am incredibly frustrated with this now so please, any help would be appreciated!

I was wondering why you are running Movie Maker 2.6?
Do you have Vista Movie Maker 6 enforcement issues?

What is the duration of the project? Long and complex projects
can be problematic. More short projects (as you have already discovered)
    are generally more successful.

MP3 files can be problematic... conversion. WMA peut
    be worth a try.

The. WMV video format is the best choice, and you already
tried that... but the question is how to convert you?

Also... it may be useful if you open Movie Maker and go to... Tools /.
Options / Compatibility tab and disable all filters / OK.
Or... to... Tools / Options / tab compatibility and left click
button to restore all default settings.
