When I scroll a page, it will momentarily empty until I have stop scrolling.
Hello
I hope you can help me:
When scrolling on a page, e-mail in particular, the page is empty and takes a second or two to "re-create" when I stop scrolling. In other words, if I have a thread long e-mail, I don't see how I'm so scrolling down must guess where I need to do. Not very convenient and very frustrating!
Is there a way to get around this...?
I use Mac OSX 10.8.5
I'd appreciate your help, thank you.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem.
- Put yourself in the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance
- Do NOT click on the reset button on the startup window Mode safe

I have 3 windows firefox with several tabs in each, but the main (and sometimes others) gel and prevent navigation showing a box indicating
"A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding." You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script ends."Script: chrome://fctoolbar841468a1d7f44bd384e6bb0f13a06c64/content/fctoolbar.js:1.
To stop the script? I think it's not to do with Google Chrome but FF model internal to web pages. Thus, a deficiency in the FF, inability to cope, but with what? As far as I KNOW, all software is up-to-date. I have restarted FF, restarted the laptop, but has not changed the FF problem. What is the cause? This is probably caused by a toolbar that installs on your version of Firefox. Most of the scripts that begin with
chrome://
are extensions.
I think that this is very probably the Nectar Search Toolbar , which raises the question, because it seems to be the only toolbar installed on your computer.Try Firefox Safe mode to see if the problem goes away. Firefox Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode that disables certain parameters, disables most Add-ons (extensions and themes).
If Firefox is open, you can restart Firefox Safe mode in the Help menu:
- In Firefox 29,0 and above, click on the menu button
click Help
then select restart with disabled modules.
- In previous versions of Firefox, click on the Firefox button in the upper left of the Firefox window and click help (or click on help in the Menu bar, if you do not have a Firefox button) and click on restart with disabled modules.
If Firefox is not running, you can start Firefox in Mode safe mode as follows:
- On Windows: Hold down the SHIFT key when you open the desktop Firefox or shortcut in the start menu.
- On Mac: Hold the option key during the startup of Firefox.
- On Linux: Exit Firefox, go to your Terminal and run firefox-safe-mode
(you may need to specify the installation path of Firefox for example/usr/lib/firefox)
When the Firefox Safe Mode window appears, select "start mode safe."
If the issue is not present in Firefox Safe Mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, and you need to understand that one. Please follow the section Troubleshooting extensions, themes and problems of hardware acceleration to resolve common Firefox problems to find the cause.
To exit safe mode of Firefox, simply close Firefox and wait a few seconds before you open Firefox for normal use again.
- In Firefox 29,0 and above, click on the menu button

I'm not a COMPUTER expert, however, I have read similar online messages and tried many steps such as:
--deleting history navigation and cookies
-Mozilla resetting to the factory settings
-Uninstall and reinstall MozillaUnfortunately, the problem is always the same. What can I do? I work from home and need internet to work 100%.
Moreover, the navigation works fine in other browsers, but not Mozilla.
Thank you

CC PS print worked well today. I made no changes to the preferences. Between working with 2 projects, the first a fine print, the second gave me this error Message.
There was an error in the opening of your printer. Print functions will be unavailable until you have selected a printer and reopened all documents.
Now I checked the updates for my printer, reset my printer, reset preferences PS CC, took my default printer and the last used and restarted. I followed all of the fixes recommended for this question, that I have found here and on the internet. Fine, I can print from any other program. Unfortunately, the error message keeps popping up, and I can't print.
PS The CC is up-to-date
Running OS 10.10.2
HP printer updated

When I open the Firefox browser a normal icon appears for a few moments and then is replaced by a link to a video. When I played the video it shows two young women shopping and a young man talking on his cell phone comes and seems to describe the choice of girls at the shopping to someone on the phone. The girls look concerned, and the message seems to be something about privacy. It is a bit odd and ends abruptly. Initially, I assumed the video was published by Firefox, but I'm not sure. It has been on my computer for months. Sometimes I can go to Firefox and see a normal homepage, but usually, that is quickly replaced by this. If I go on Manager tasks and 'end task' to Firefox, I can then open the Firefox browser and it will be normal with just the icon of Firefox and no link to the video.
What does that mean? This video is supposed to be on my Firefox browser?
