When I send a message to blueyonder system says the message was sent, but the recipient can't find it in emails or on the server.

I create a message and press send. The system indicates that it connection, then the message has been sent. When the recipient checks the message on its system and/or the server, it can not find the message. I sent him direct messages from my server and Outlook Express and it does not get them only when you use Thunderbird messages go missing.     In Windows XP, Win2K & Win2K3 the OE user files (DBX and WAB) are by default marked as hidden. To view these files in Windows Explorer, you must enable Show hidden files and folders under start | Control Panel | Folder Options icon | Opinion, or in Windows Explorer. Tools | Folder options | View.
     
    With OE closed, find the DBX files for the items in the Outbox and sent and delete them.  New ones will be created automatically when you open OE.
     
    After you're done, followed by compacting your folders manually while working * off * and do it often.
     
    Click Outlook Express at the top of the the folder tree so no folders are open. Then: File | Work offline (or double-click on work online in the status bar). File | Folder | Compact all folders. Don't touch anything until the compacting is completed.
