When I send a photo of someone, the attachment opens and my whole photo viewer is available to them. What is happening with this?

I send photo files a lot, I'm a photographer, and when I send one, open them and it displays the viewer of media with the front and rear buttons down and they are able to show all that I have read recently.  It sends my HP photo software?

Your recipient does not see your files... they see the content of their own Temporary Internet Files folder. If they empty their Temporary Internet Files folder, they will see only the only picture that you attached to the message.
