  I recently bought a new laptop Hp M6 - N010dx, and the trackpad Envy Touchsmart is already in place.
  I installed the latest drivers for my pc, upgrade to 8.1 windows and twisted the sensitivity of the mouse, but I always have problems.

  Sometimes the pointer will become difficult to move on the screen and then will move its own. Again, to move its own, as in, I'm not in contact with the laptop at all. It's very frustrating.

I found that many users have had this same problem with the same model laptop and no "solution" offered actually work (I even tried myself without result). It's really a shame because I liked this laptop apart from faulty equipment... I am considering getting the x 360, but he mixed comments as well.

  Continue with the remaining steps to pin-point on the third party service.

  After find you the program that is causing the problem, you will have to perhaps to update or install a newer version of the program, if you rarely use that you should consider uninstalling the software.
