When I try to create a (new folder) the Briefcase icon appears instead. What is going on? When I try to create a (new folder) in some files, it tells me that the choice is 'empty' what can I do to get the files works again?

Close the browser and start a command prompt- Close Windows Explorer
- Start - All Programs - Accessories - right on command prompt and choose run as administrator.
- Click Start. Ctrl + Shift + Right-click on an empty spot (just above the power of buttons is one place) then Exit Explorer.
- Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete then Task Manager.
- Control all processes to explore are closed. On the process tab select explore and right-click and choose end process, repeat if more of an Explorer in the list.
Then to restart the Explorer after trying all of the following- Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete and choose Task Manager
- In the Task Manager, click the file menu and then click new task (run) and enter explorer

Suddenly and without any warning, I can't create a simple "new folder"; an attempt to 'right click' offers me only: 1) a folder compressed (zip), or, 2.) a Briefcase. Why the simple "new folder" disappeared off the coast of the menu list, and HOW do I get BACK?
If I open Explorer and try to create a new folder from there, I can "click"New folder"button all DAY, but it does NOTHING.
What happens here?
I am running Windows 7 and so did 15-16 months, without any real problem, so far.
If anyone can help with this, I would CERTAINLY appreciate it.

Hello, I have a laptop with Vista MS operating system and Windows Mail. Since I got the computer, I noticed that when I go to create a new email, the new message box is delayed and slow to open. And, often, once that I enter a contact in the line 'To', it also seems to be slow in filling. No idea why this is happening. The old OE always worked smoothly. Thank you.

One day my Google calendar in you bird was not able to sync and I couldn't do anything, so I've deleted the calendar and started to try to create a new (which would be the same as the old). I followed the steps of description, but when I tried to copy the location XML of my private (from Google Calendar) calendar, the URL received a red frame and the next button remained inactive.
I don't know what the problem is. I tried the ICalendar, but it was not good, I just couldn't change events, just seen.

When I try to create a new volume on my hard drive I get access denied
I have Vista Home Premium update to the standards in force. I have problems reading windows XP files and compact optical discs. A solution, which I got from Microsoft was to partition the C drive and the new volume in Windows XP and run the software it. I followed the instructions of management of disk, but when I do the search for space fell, it tells me access is denied. Even though I know I have more than half of my drive C is empty.

I suggest you to take possession of the volume, and check if it works very well. Follow these steps:
1. click on the drive and then click Properties.
2. click on the Security tab.
3. under group or user names, click your name to see the permissions you have.

VMware workstation, crashes when I try to create a new virtual machine

I never had this problem before, but I didn't create a new virtual machine in a very long time. Last time I created one was making Workstation 9 I think. Some time after the upgrade to Workstation 10 or 8.1 of Windows Update 1 it has started.
In 10 Workstation running on Windows 8.1, I select the file > new Virtual Machine dialog coming upwards and in a few seconds crashes of VMware workstation and closes.
So I checked the Windows event logs and find

So, I upgraded from 10.0.2 to 10.0.3 and it uninstalled and reinstalled but I still get this warning.

Well, I found the problem.
I looked in the UNK file and found a few ISO files wrongs tracks.
I had mounted some ISO in the past and they have made the entry in this file of preferences such as "isoLocationMRUx".
I'd change the leter this ISO file player so they could not be found as input, once I corrected the paths I can now create a new virtual machine.
He is responsible for ion BONE the new virtual machine now.

If you go to Administration and change privileges, there are a lot of possibilities for displays in responses and users, the catalog groups and applications can change. You should be able to change access from there.

I hope someone can help. My script below takes the records to a temporary table and load it into ORACLE Financials via several API but on an initial test (using 1 NEW Record), it fails with the error message:

StevenIt seems that the employee supervisor is not active for the duration of the employee record.
Recording using correct supervisor should solve the problem.

Windows Extractor CS6 guard send me errors when you try to create a destination folder.
It gives me three error pop ups. The first said I should check my disk space and check the records of destination write privileges. I know this isn't my space because I 847 GB free. I tried running as administrator and save it to program files x 86 program files, my documents, desktop, C drive, but none of them work.
The following error that appears is telling me to try it redownloading. I did and it didn't work.
The latest error messege changes based on the destination, of that I'm trying to put it in.
I am running windows 8.1 on a new HP Envy notebook, there is a x 64 bit OS with a processor Intel I7-4700 MQ. I had no problem running it on my old gateway laptop, he was about 7 years old and he could run very well, but he recently died on me. He had a better operating system, however, Windows 7 and I wonder if having windows 8.1 causes a problem with this installation.
Anyone have any suggestions?
Blob5 I downloaded and extracted the files successfully for CS6 Design and Web Premium for Windows a few minutes ago.
I would recommend that you take a USB stick on another computer, on another network, download and extract the files. You're either facing problems of stability with your network connection or your security software interferes with large files uploaded successfully.
