When I try to download an add-on, it tells me that I have Firefox (when Firefox is the browser I use).

I can no longer add additional modules. When I click on the download link, I get a little pop-up telling me that I can download the add-on, if I first download firefox. The thing is, I'm on firefox when this happens. I have already downloaded firefox again.

This has happened

When I upgraded to the current firefox fersion

Your user agent is messed up

1. in the address bar of Firefox, where you enter the address of web pages, navigate to Subject: config

2. a warning "This might void your warranty" may appear. Click on "I'll be careful, I promise!

3. in the text filter box, enter general.usergent

4. for each of these preferences general.useragent, right click on them and click Reset.

You should be prepared very well now.
