  • Blue Screen of Death After Windows Update

I was out of the House one night and while outside, my cell phone went through a routine Windows Update and restarted (what he did specifically I'm not aware of). Unfortunately, when I came back, I met a blue screen of death. I tried a system repair and restoration of the system, and none of them worked. I'm typing this from my wife's computer as we speak. I am very anxious, and I would like to use my laptop again. If anyone can help, please reply as soon as possible.

  • Windows Vista does not start, turns to a blue screen error 2203

original title: Windows Vista does not start, turns to a blue screen HELP PLEASE!

Help, please! So I'm panicking here, just yesterday, I tried to download the update to Itunes, and it did not work. So I followed the instructions and uninstalled the program first, but one of the applications does not uninstall correctly. I thought I could just substitute with the update and replace. The error code was 2203.

So I thought it was right after the download all itunes thing, and when I came back to check on the download, the screen turned to this black thing with words on this subject. I decided to force closing down by pressing the power button. Now everytime I turn on the computer, it leads to the screen saying 'windows is loading files', then this blue screen with a very large arrow (the mouse). I tried pressing the F11 key and stuff, but I have no idea what to do. PLEASE REPLY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, REALLY NEED A COMPUTER!

In addition, ask them if you have a recovery Partition on your computer/laptop to restore it to factory settings.

See if a manual provided with the computer or go to the manufacturer's website, email or you can call for information on how to make a recovery.

Normally, you have to press F10 or F11 at startup to start the recovery process...

Another way I've seen on some models is press F8 and go to a list of startup options, and launch a recovery of standards of plant with it, by selecting the repair option.

Also ask them if it is possible to do the recovery disk/s for the recovery Partition in case of a system Crash or hard drive failure.

  • Qosmio F20 blue screen of death after stop

    Hello

I get the blue screen of death after a stop on my laptop Qosmio F20.

    The error is IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.

I guess that's somehow connected to the tv tuner card.

I tried to restore the system - not good. After the restoration for some time, it was OK. But then again appeared BSOD.

Sometimes, it also appears when I connect USB hard drives or even when I insert the DVD disc.
And for shure every time I stop to laptop.

    Anyone have any ideas?

    Hello

    This is my personal opinion;
    I think it's a memory problem!

Why, because it of very difficult to reproduce this error message and it looks like this BSOD happens without the use of hardware or special software

I have gogoled for this error message and I had a lot of success!
I read in various forums on this issue, and especially a fault memory has been one reason why the BSOD appeared.

But someone suggested to disabled the pagefile... Probably, you should check out these tips:

There are hundreds of these sites to scam out there. Nothing has been installed on your Mac, or even downloaded to. The goal of each of them should Miller get so much money that you're ready to spit. Good thing you cut them and not give them access to your Mac.

The usual simple solution is Force Quit Safari. Hold down the SHIFT key, and then restart it. The SHIFT key tells Safari don't not to load the previous sites.

Send all * line STOP message since there are clues in the 4 parameters.
If there is a name of the file listed in the STOP message, don't forget to include this information too.
  • Windows XP crashes intermittently when stopping. Stuck on the screen with the default windows background color and the mouse pointer.

We are an OEM that systems of electronic Assembly is based, in our machine is a PC running Windows XP Professional that provides the interface for the operator. Some of our systems have begun to crash intermittently when stopping.  Up to now we have seen it on three machines.  There has been no change to hardware or drivers that we put on these machines.

The PC is supposed to stop at the point were he said "It is now turn off your computer", but it hangs when the only thing on the screen is the default windows background and the mouse pointer. The mouse moves, but that's all. He is unresponsive to ctrl-alt-delete, or any other entry.

This was reported 5 times, and in any case there's nothing in any log file which would tend to indicate where the problem is maybe.

I guess we have a bad driver or device, but the problem only happens once all stops of 5-10, and only after the machine is turned on for a while.

I just turned on the detailed status messages, but they did not stop the machine since.

What I asked is: is it possible to get windows to connect to all events stop? I really want to know what he was doing when he stopped.  Can someone else think something I can look at, or a better way to debug this?

Re: a suggestion on this new monitor to 'prove' is the source of the problem
Disconnect it, connect a type non-ecran touch "ordinary".
stop/restart in safe MODE, make sure that the old monitor is not appear in the Device Manager [what we used to call a ghost]
If it IS, delete it & uninstall the sw provided with touch screen
    Reboot in normal mode
    Try a stop

  • 'blue screen of death' after installation

    Hello

I reccently purchased the photosmart HP 5520 all-in-one, and the installation was fine on my Dell Inspiron 1564 (Windows 7).  However the next day when I took it to the University, the computer began to 'blue screen' and closes.  The error code was 'no thread"and since I install wireless printing the previous night, I can assume that the printer Wireless Setup or my computer is the problem.

I took it to a technician, and the problem is not moved on its network, but always happens on the University network.

I have updated what Dell drivers I believe relevant and cannot see any wireless driver that could fix the HP printer.  Can someone help me with this? The printer is fantastic, but just need to use my computer to College!

    Thank you, James

Here's a thread from Windows that you can do to solve this problem. Probably, from what I can tell, your BIOS may need to be updated or you won't have enough memory to run the task:

  • Help, please! Got an old computer xp, when I turn it on it asks me to activate windows now...

Please help, I put in the Installation ID over the phone, and it says its not valid.

I tried to call tech support, but he said the key requested is not valid? I don't know what to do :(
I got a computer that my sister received a colleague for Christmas. Worked very well, my brother-in-law, messed with it today, replaced the motherboard and now when I turn it on it asks me to "activate Windows".
I really don't want to have to rebuy Windows...

Unfortunately, this is probably what you're going to do, buy another copy of Windows (or another computer).  When Windows comes pre-installed on a computer, the Windows installation is allowed on this computer and cannot be moved to another.  In order to have a component to show up and say: "it is the computer that I came!", this component is the motherboard.  Now that yours has been replaced, the Windows license that came with the old motherboard is zero and cannot be used any longer.

When I turn on my computer, a warning appears that says "delivery manager does not properly" and when I click on help and support balloon explanation is that my DEP is not configured correctly.

Then, after following the instructions and correct the parameters I restart my pc and still the same message appears.

    Hi Olliewoods,

    (1) since when are you facing this problem?

    (2) what is you receive the exact error message?

An application installed on the computer may be the cause of this problem; I suggest you try the following steps:

Method 1: Put the computer to boot to determine which application is causing the problem.

Follow step 1 in the link below,

How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135

If everything works well after a clean boot, you can deduce that some third-party services are at the origin of the problem.

Continue with the remaining steps to pin-point on the third party service.

After find you the program that is causing the problem, you will have to perhaps to update or install a newer version of the program, if you rarely use that you should consider uninstalling the software.

Important: n ' forget not the computer to start normal follow step 7 in the link.

    2. If I ever get a full upward, the next backup adds new files and folders and not take so long?

    Thank you

Hey, I'm sorry for the delay. Make sure you have backups of the data before making experiences.
It depends really what features chose you for backup. Usually software backup verify the current files and update, but they also can completely replace the existing or create a new backup.
The antivirus program should not be a problem during a backup operation.
