When I turn on PC networks full stops.

Original title: Enitre wireless network cutting when PC is turned on

Hello

I did some research and tried a few bugs, but can't find an answer to my problem...

I therefore describe the infrastructure:
A line of fiber BT-> BT Modem-> Draytek Vigor 2820n

Network devices:

Wired to Draytek:
Storage Western Digital NAS
Ethernet Extender sector (network Extends to Sky Box HD in another room)
1 x PC Windows 7

Through Draytek Wireless:
2 x Windows 7 laptops
1 x PC Windows 7
1 x PC Windows XP (uses the WiFi USB Dongel)
3 x Games Consoles
4 x smart phones

This has been setup for a long time and I had no problem.

I now have a problem where the x 1 Windows 7 PC wireless does not connect to the WiFi network and when it does cuts throughout the network wireless for all devices.
I ran CCleaner, MalwareBytes, ComboFix, Search & Destroy, and a sweep of McAfee on the PC, there is no error reported.
I disabled the adapter and it enabled again.
I rolled back the cards driver then updated again.
As soon as I turn the PC off or disable the wireless network card is back and all devices connect correctly.

Nothing that I've tried up to now does not work - I'm sure it will be something to do with the PC and not the router.

Please could someone suggest some other tests/corrections?

Thanks in advance :-)

Hello

Thank you for the information.
I had another look at the PC and it seems that it is 2 instances of McAfee had installed.
One was a free scanner that has probably been installed during an update of Adobe.
I uninstalled McAfee free and the wireless seems to be ok.
I can only monitor the connection at the moment it is stable.
Thanks again

I use Toshiba for a long time, this is my 3rd Toshiba laptop (I bought it in June 2010), today I bought the helmet, when I plugged it in, it did not work. (When I talk with my friend through sky, I use the laptop speaker instead) Then my friend got me to download a driver for the sound.

After the download, the helmet worked perfectly. BUT the speaker on the laptop did not work. Then I restarted computer again and this time when you turn on, it's stuck. stop boot on Toshiba logo later process, there are peep sound (not speaker, he is very strong), I can hear it from the inside. I can't do anything else, JUST close.

Please help or advise where can I take my laptop to the service because I think that if people reply to my post and I don't know if I can fix it myself.

I'm going overseas week next to the presentation and need to use the laptop. Do you think that if I take the laptop to the center of toshiba, they immediately understand problems? I am now using my old toshiba, and it is slow to make any presentation.

    Hey Buddy,

You use normal headphones with headphone jack or USB?
Headsets with headphones are usually easier handling in my opinion.

In any case, at the time where your computer laptop doesn't boot and stuck on Toshiba logo, right?
In this case, you must remove the battery and the AC adapter at a time and test it again.

  • The language by default keeps put full stop before the sentence.

Hello world. As mentioned in the title, the language of my Photoshop SC6 keeps putting diaphragm openings at the front of the sentence. It moves that at the end of the sentence if you start typing after the point otherwise he is sitting in the front.

Here is an example of what it looks like:

. This is what happens when I try to put the full stop at the end of the sentence

The same thing happens with in fact all punctuation. I had a quick glance in the preferences and default language options. I know there is a way to check the paragraph options, but I can't seem to find it at the moment. It's very strange cause it was working perfectly fine until I accidentally dropped something on my keyboard and then something strange happened.

    I appreciate all help.

I got a W3-810 a week ago. So far, it's great except for a problem with the battery; it loses about 1-2% per hour when arrested - most, but not all the time. See below.

    1. As far as I know, all drivers are up-to-date.
    2. As recommended in the manual, I disabled the quick start so that when I use Shut Down in the bar to win 8 charms, he should make a full stop, not a hybrid.
-J' ran a the Powershell command, who confirmed that the last couple Shut Downs were indeed full.

For me, this variation does not seem reasonable; I never know what power of my tablet is going to be like when I turn it on.

I searched around the internet for help with this problem but haven't met something useful. Then, I'll have to this forum for an easy I hope & quick fix. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

In my view, the question in the battery mechanism, not as the battery discharges. Try to go through a few complete cycles of load (load completely, run on battery until it stops, then load entirely new) so he could re - calibrate and see if that fixes it.

Original title: it's a virus that's causing this?

It happened a few times now. While I use my computer, all applications and the windows are closed at the same time, I am disconnected and the computer is off, as if someone manually stops the computer. I turn on the computer and log in and everything seems to be okay. No data deleted, not that I could find and detect anyway. One day when I turned on the computer, it run chkdsk before doing the usual startup. I use the computer for 2 years and this is the first time, she never did a chkdsk on its own. • How can I stop pragrams running when I turn on my pc?

How to stop programs from running when I turn on my pc, my help and support says use windows defender, but I can't turn it on

    Hello

The actual process will depend on the version of Windows that you use - for example.

    Windows 8.

Go to the desktop.  Right-click on an empty area of the taskbar and launch the Task Manager.  Select the Startup tab and follow the guide in the link below.

    http://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/5180-startup-items-manage-Windows-8-a.html

Restart the PC for all changes to take effect.

    Windows 7, Windows Vista etc.

Hold down the Windows key and press R.  For the run box, type msconfig and press ENTER.  In the next window, click the Startup tab, uncheck the box next to each item you want to disable, and then click on apply to apply the change of start.  Restart the PC for the change to take effect.

    Kind regards

  • I have an error code Stop 0 x 00000050 on a blue screen when I turn on my pc and there is nothing I can do.

Hi I was using my computer and I went to a Web site. It is then loaded something that resembled the command prompt. It came then with a blue screen. I had these before, but after restarting my laptop everything worked normally again. When I turned it back on, he asked what I want to do e.g. start in safe mode. I tried all the and he arrives with windows at the loading screen for a split second and then returns to the blue screen. Everything I try just brings back me to the blue screen. I still have the disks that came with my laptop I f it's any help. Its xp edition and home.

    aaron1122,
Well, it sounds as if you might have picked up a virus (possibly).  I hope you have your data backed up.  If you see a real error code then after return what it is.  I'll try to get back to you if possible (it seems all MVPS and people intelligent people are hanging out in Win7 and Vista forums-XP is kind of old).  But hey there are some of go us around. :)   If you do not see the error msg, then on the boot selection screen select the option for 'Stop on error' (I can't think the real verbage but it's something like that).  Then you can get an error code.  If you get any errors, make sure that you have tried the steps in this thread: http://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/xprepair/thread/901f9138-7a73-42f2-86ed-00c7fef3b77e
Then if you can boot into safe mode with command prompt and run "sfc/scannow" you will need the XP disc for this.

If all else fails or you just want to get on the fast track, you can use your recovery disk and do a factory restore.  (Most of the time) will delete everything on your PC and update you 1.  If you go this route, make sure to get antivirus and backup of your data in the future.

Hope this helps. QQ learn manage!

  • When I turn on the computer, I get this message - COM + Event System has stopped working. How can I activate this return?

I had virus protection total defence installed. This occurred immediately after.

    Hello

Thanks for your answer to my question. I was about to start step 2, by performing a boot minimum when a message pops up informing that 2 programs were slowing down my computer and also to stop because they were also running. Ironically, these programs I've ever used has appeared on my computer advertising protection against viruses and to speed up the computer.

I did not purchase the license if it comes to start up all the 3 or 4 days telling me that my computer is slow.

I uninstalled both programs, which I won't mention for obvious reasons and the event system Com + message did not return after the computer has restarted 3 times. Apparently, the problem has been resolved, but I will continue to have oversight. If the problem returns I'll restart and inform you about the results.  Thanks again for your expertise. guavaridgemb

Thanks for posting your question in the Microsoft Community.

I understand that when you turn on the computer, you get an error message indicating that COM + has event system stopped working. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I imagine the inconvenience that you are experiencing. I will certainly help the question of fixing.

Please follow the steps and check the question below:

    Step 1:

Check the event viewer for the logs of error from the links below.

    Open Event Viewer:

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-Vista/open-Event-Viewer

What are the information in event logs? (Event Viewer):

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-Vista/what-information-appears-in-event-logs-Event-Viewer

    Step 2:

You need to perform a clean boot to prevent any third party conflicting application from interfering with your computer.

To put the computer in a clean boot state, you must follow the steps in the article mentioned below and check with the question.

How to perform a clean boot for a problem in Windows Vista, Windows 7 or Windows 8:
    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135

Note: You must follow step 3 of the article mentioned above to recover your computer to a Normal startup after you complete all the steps.

    Step 3:

Scan your computer by using the Microsoft Safety Scanner by clicking Download now to check if there is no virus infected:

    http://www.microsoftsafetyscanner.com/

Note: The data files that are infected must be cleaned only by removing the file completely, which means that there is a risk of data loss.
