  As these are .ai and it requires Adobe Illustrator files open. If you open the. Files HAVE / EPS in Adobe Photoshop, vector objects

  are pixelated and this is probably the reason why it would appear white in your case?

  You are right, that the file sizes are 32 KB and 56KO, however do not go by the size of the file and try to open them in Illustrator and let me know.

  Create icon in ICO format image, upload it to your image folder or the APEX repository and add

  First, define default high quality screen display performance preferences and you won't have to come back every time. Do it with nothing open. to set global default.

  When sending file to the printer you have two options: firstly, Package (file > package...) who will gather your files and the required links and fonts (which are not limited) in one folder, you can give to the printer. Secondary and better, is to export a PDF file to the printer's specifications and give them a single file that has everything integrated. You don't need to embed images yourself.
