  I'm curious as to the criteria that Microsoft uses to determine where they should go out a certain Service Pack for their operating systems.  IM counting 43 updates already installed for my OS to Windows 7 and this OS is officially released less than a month. Im not here to complain the number of patches. Its impressive speed at which they release security patches when they occur. But my complaint would be more to have to download and individually install all these fixes in the future, if I were ever a reason any. Once again, what my question is, when can we expect the first Service Pack 1 for Windows 7, and what criteria are going to Microsoft during this decision to release a Service Pack?

  P.S. For the record I think that its sad that Microsoft does not release a Service Pack 4 for Windows XP. IM already on Windows 7, but many people don't. Even if the system fades into history, it all seems like the right thing to do given the number of a security updates for the operating system from the SP3. • Windows parental control will not sync with my computer

  I tried to leave my child to use a new Web site on the Windows parental control.  I was able to connect to my account online successfully (hotmail) parental control), but when the ToolTip for parental control is displayed on my screen, it tells me that the ID or the password is incorrect. Neither is incorrect.  I tried to uninstall the parental control of one of the computers and reinstall it to see if it would help, but it did not help.  I tried to remove the account from the child for a specific PC and reset the settings on the computer this way, but it also did not work.  It's almost as if the pop-up window is more related to the website password information.  The family safety website will allow me to change the permissions, but he won't let the connection of individual computers on the site to make changes that the child is allowed to see.  Any suggestions?

  You have probably enabled two-step verification for the account. This means that you will need to generate a unique password app to use safe family rather than the account password.

I waited more than 24 hours now and I find it unacceptable to keep the people waiting for such a highly anticipated update.

  When I made the beta for the dashboard they usually come out in waves. You just need patience because there is no time to get it.

• Windows parental control is not enforcing deadlines on the laptop of my daughter with XP installed.

  Not sure that I have taken the title of the question correct and the subject, but it was the closest, I could find.  Please move the post where this is necessary, if necessary.

  I have Windows parental controls installed on at least three computers in my house.  My children have separate user accounts and I can configure separately in fss.live.com.  Time work very well on machines Windows 7 (a desktop and a laptop, not that that matters).  On the laptop installed XP one, deadlines are ignored.  The content settings are applied to the user account of my daughter, but not the possible.

  Here's a quick break down:

  Office/Win7: Girl Acct, acct of son - both applied I want

  Computer laptop/Win7: Acct of son - exercised as I want

  Mobile/XP: Acct girl - applied content, time ignored

  Is there any sort of fix or additional parameters required for this to work on XP?  I can't find anything anywhere!

  I was in the middle of a transaction on chaseonline when firefox me hunting and showed a page about the SSLV3 security issues. When I started this morning the version of firefox has been 34.0.5 after what is is that the version of firefox was 35.0. I did the test of SSL site and that the site does not use the Protocol SSLv3, see the link below:

  I've been using version 34 and more for some time and did not have problems accessing chaseonline website, until the 35 version has been installed.

  The site wasn't trying to redirect, I was typing in e-mail secure at the time.

  I tried several times to reconnect to my account and only got the page generic message about firefox is not able to access the site due to problems with SSLv3 safely. During this time I never exceeded this point trying to connect to the site.

  Meanwhile, I realize now that the browser was stuck between versions (34.0.5 and 35). Although I still don't know why 34.0.5 through this error when I used it for a long time I was able to resolve the problem by closing and restarting my browser.

  In other words, I am now able to access the site of hunting without errors.

  That is why I am rarely, if ever, to host software auto-magiquement update in the background. I'll be this switch off voltage and installation of the updates manually.

  We have 1 computer running windows 7 and 2 computers running windows 8.  My child's primary computer running Windows 7, and I am unable to set up so I can see it in my computer Windows 8.  Even if I have a valid Microsoft account, I get the message "the email or address is incorrect" when you try to configure security for the family on the Windows 7 machine.  Thanks for all the ideas.
