  I use Firefox every day to access many sites. Yesterday, it worked perfectly. Today, that it won't work at all.   Hi I have just solved this problem by going to Java Virtual Machine Launcher poster, "Unable to access c ... . and from there to the MP3 Rocket help site and the connection. From there on, I was able to download MP3 Rocket Pro, but I've changed where I put it, I created a new thing entirely next folder that I knew I had the program back and working again. I did it without having to go through the default programs bit. Give it a try. It is simple and easy. Sometimes I think that we have an overload of information and I found happened to me.   I actually found the problem.  There was a document incorporated on top that could only be seen in web layout view.  Thanks for your help though!
