When someone sends me a message why do I get he message that I have to be a member and I have to use a credit card to make my voice messages?

When I try to recover my tht other messages attempt to send me why itt which flash I have to become a member, I have to pay to read my messages!

This seems to be a potential fraud to me.

I certainly would not enter my credit card number to take my voice messages.
