  I have a box of type with an object above it.  The object has a wrapping applied so that the text in the box wraps around it.   What about just describing the text? Select the text, if it is still wrapped and go to Type > vectorize

  Press Alt to display the Menu bar, and then press F to open the file menu, and then use the menu item close this window .

  We need extract the blood vessels of a set of background images of eye. We tried the magnetic lasso tool and the quick selection tool, but that doesn't give a very good accuracy and is very long. We have tried to select by color range ships, but that does not work either. We want results like the image.   Once replicate you my original result, you can increase the contrast with:

  1 trick image, multiply the value

  2 brush gently and selectively with the Mode set to overlay

  3 fool the image, creating a slightly darker version (end of shadow of the scale through curves) and then retrieve only this darker part of the scale using the mixture if control and not affecting is not the end of the highest point of the scale.

  Enter drollery side you could use a path of access to store the current size before calling "Reveal everything", then later on the path as a selection of load, switch to the crop tool and hit.

  Or convert to smart object before you crop, then do the editing in the SO (it could be a potentially significant increase in file size, however).

  There are two answers to this. If you have not saved the image since the opening, you can restore the file Menu-Revert or F12 and that will bring back you at the beginning. A more elegant solution is the historical Panel.

  Photoshop has a history panel (Windows Menu-history) that keeps track of everything you do on an image and allows you to go back in the flow of work and in effect then go ahead if you change your mind. The original image is always registered as a snapshot and then subsequent action recording. So you can come back not only the original image, but any previous change after opening. You can even take your own snapshots which is a useful feature.
